Come primo articolo del mio giornale, vi propongo una intervista al vMoFA Lituano EmuSV nella doppia versione Italiana e Inglese.

Ciao EmuSV! Per cominciare, presentati alla community eItaliana. Chi sei? E da quanto tempo lavori per il Ministro degli Esteri Lituano?

Ciao Italia, il mio nome è EmuSV. Sono una giocatrice attiva da un anno e mezzo e in questo tempo sono riuscita a ricoprire più o meno tutti gli incarichi politici - sono stata tre volte CP, molte volte MoFA, ambasciatrice, Ministro della Cultura, Congressista, Comandante di una MU, PP...
Credo che il mio primo mese al Ministero degli Esteri sia stato a Giugno dello scorso anno, quando ho iniziato a lavorare come ambasciatrice nei paesi membri di Asgard. 🙂


Puoi parlarci un po' della vostra situazione interna? Com'è la situazione militare e politica in Lituania? Avete un Ministero del Welfare, il cui compito è di aiutare i player a crescere?

A livello politico la Lituania ha diversi partiti forti, alcuni di questi riuniti in blocchi, anche se questi blocchi riescono spesso a lavorare insieme per dei posti in governo. Per quanto riguarda la politica non ho nient'altro da dire.
Penso che abbiamo un sistema militare abbastanza forte e sviluppato, che per certi versi è però troppo burocratico, ma funziona bene. Le nostre MU sono collegate in una "infrastruttura" chiamata Esercito Lituano, che significa
che in caso di diverse battle questo svolge diverse missioni e rifornisce per metà ff i soldati Lituani delle Divisioni II - IV (completamente la DI) per combattere per il loro stesso paese o per gli alleati.
Abbiamo molte MU forti, come "Lithuanian Shadows" o "The Unit", che possono essere assoldate in caso di necessità dagli altri paesi.
Parlando di Welfare, non abbiamo un ente separato per questo, e il governo non sta aiutando i nuovi player con sussidi per TG o cose simili, ma piuttosto organizza competizioni e missioni per dare un qualche sostegno ai nuovi player. Tuttavia, abbiamo MU attive apposite per i giovani player, che hanno il compito di rendere più forti i soldati e che quindi si stanno concentrando su come aiutare i "nabbi" a crescere e combattere. Alcune di queste MU organizzano delle attività culturali al loro interno per mantenere alto l'interesse dei giovani, altre danno rifornimenti settimanali in cambio di lavoro nella aziende delle MU,
o prestano denaro per i TG.
Alcune unità invece limitano gli ingressi solo ai soldati migliori con sufficiente forza e esperienza.
Questo sistema permette di far crescere soldati forti per il nostro paese.
Infine i sussidi per i TG sono popolari anche tra i partiti politici per aiutare i propri membri.


La Lituania è considerata uno stato Pro-Sirius. E' giusto? Qual è l'orientamento internazionale del vostro paese? Senza entrare troppo nei particolari, avete intenzione di mantenere la vostra attuale posizione?
O state pianificando qualcos'altro, come la creazione di una alleanza proSirius?
E, per finire, pensi sia possibile un avvicinamento della Lituania ad Aurora?

Si, la Lituania è proSirius, perché lo abbiamo deciso con un referendum.
Per ora pensiamo a costruire solide relazioni con i paesi Sirius a e ad conoscere i nostri nuovi alleati proSirius, allo stesso tempo però la nuova alleanza ci ha permesso di ricreare i rapporti con i nostri ex alleati di CoT che ora appartengono per la maggior parte ad Aurora.
Di sicuro non ci dimentichiamo degli stati con cui abbiamo rapporti da molto tempo. Per ora l'idea di una alleanza satellite è stata respinta, ma solo Plato sa cosa succederà in futuro. Si parla molto a riguardo, ma non sembra ci sia intenzione di creare una nuova alleanza. E neanche noi ne sentiamo il bisogno.


So che il secondo candidato alle presidenziali del vostro paese, Adolf.H, è stato accusato di avere simpatia per la Bielorussia, paese membro di LETO e nemico di Sirius. E' vero? Pensi sia una posizione condivisa da molti Lituani?

Lituania e Bielorussia per molto tempo hanno avuto solidi rapporti rafforzati dal fatto che i due stati hanno un passato comune in real life, come per esempio il fatto che sono stati un unico stato, e molte persone sono dispiaciute del fatto che le nostre strade siano separate.
Si può dire che la maggior parte della popolazione lituana sia proBielorussia, e lo stesso vale per i bielorussi.
Ma il gioco è gioco e la guerra è guerra. Per quanto riguarda Adolf.H, è una persona controversa, e penso che il suo profilo parli da solo...


Con quali paesi avete i rapporti migliori? E cosa ne pensi dell'Italia?

Odio le domande in cui si parla di rapporti di amicizia tra paesi in eRepublik 🙂
Abbiamo molti grandi alleati, ma il fatto è che col passare del tempo e delle varie guerre ci si può avvicinare o allontanare con uno Stato, ma non significa che quello stato non sia più nella tua cerchia di "amici".
Come ho detto prima, abbiamo rapporti abbastanza buoni con gli stati Sirius e con alcuni proSirius (quasi tutti, tranne gli ultimi arrivati) e stiamo creando anche altri rapporti.
Probabilmente è più facile dire chi sono i nemici 😃
Parlando dell'Italia, siamo diventati alleati da non molto, ma abbiamo cercato di aiutarvi nelle vostre RW il più possibile, almeno nel mio mandato, e il vostro governo continua a dire che non se lo dimenticherà.
Ciò dimostra che l'Italia è un paese che vale la pena aiutare. Allo stesso tempo credo che abbiate un buon sistema di affari esteri e che state facendo un ottimo lavoro nel costruire rapporti e conoscere gli alleati, perciò continuate così o/

Hello EmuSV! As first thing, introduce yourself at the eItalian community.
Who are you? And how long do you work in eLithuanian Ministry of Defence?

Hello Italy, my name is EmuSV. I am active player for 1.5 of year, in that time I've managed to achieve mostly all kind of political titles - 3 times country's president, several times MoFa, ambassador, minister of culture, Congress member, MU commander, party president...
I think my first month in Ministry of Foreign Affairs was last year in June,
where I started to work as ambassador in Asgard countries.🙂


Can you speak a bit of your internal situation? What is the military and political situation in eLithuania?
Have you a Ministry of Welfare, which goal is to help the people to grow up?


Well Politically Lithuania has several strong parties, some of them are connected in blocks, but for quite some time, these blocks manage to work together, by having posts in government.
Not more to say about that.
I think we have quite strong and well developed military system, which is in many ways bureaucratic, but works fine. Our MU's are connected in one "infrastructure" called Lithuanian army, that means, that in a case of different battles this structure is doing missions and giving half of supplies for II - IV divs (and full for I st one) Lithuanian soldiers to fight for their own country or allies.
We have several strong MUs, like Lithuanian Shadows or The Unit, which can be hired if needed by other countries as well.
Talking about welfare, we do not have separate institution for that, and government is not supporting new players by subsiding TG upgrades or something like that, but rather organize competitions and missions to give some support for new players. Nevertheless, we have active MU's for young players, which have goal to rise strong soldiers, therefore, they are focusing on helping "newbies" to grow and not to fight. Some of them organize cultural life inside to keep players interested, others give weekly supplies for working in MUs manufactures, or is lending money for TG upgrades. Some academies have limited places of members therefore only very good soldiers who have good strength/XP ratio can get in. This system allows to grow strong soldiers for our country.
As well TG subsidiaries are kind of popular to do by political parties and in that way to support their members as well.


Lithuania is considered belonging to the Pro-Sirius area. Is it right? What is the international orientation of your country? Without going into excessive detail, are you intentioned to keep this position? Or are you planning something else, such as the creation of an alliance pro-Sirius? And to finish do you think is it possible for Lithuania to get closer to Aurora?

Yes Lithuania is ProSirius country, this path we chose together as a nation in the referendum. So far our orientation is to build strong relationships with Sirius countries and to get to know our new allies in ProSirius, at the same time new alliance shifts allowed us to recreate relationships with ex-allies in exCOT countries, which now mostly belongs to Aurora. Of course we do not forget countries with whom we have relationships for quite some time already.
So far idea of sub - alliance was rejected, but only Plato knows what is going to happen next 🙂
many ideas were discussed but so far there are no new alliance. And we don't see need for that either.


I know that the second candidate to the Presidential election of your country, Adolf.H was accused to have sympathy for Bielorussia, a country member of LETO and enemy of Sirius. Is it right?
Do you think it is a position shared from lots of Lithuanians?

Well Lithuania and Belarus had strong relationships for a long time already, it grew stronger as Belarus and Lithuania had common past in their real life history, like being one united country, and many people pitied the fact that our ways separated. You could say that big part of population in Lithuania can be called proBelarus, and the same applies for Belarus as well.
But game is game and war is war. About Adolf, he is very controversial person, I think his profile speaks for himself...



With which countries have you better relationships? And what do you think about Italy?

I really hate questions when you have to name kind a best friends in eRepublik talking about countries 😁
we have many great allies, and the thing is that during time periods and depending on wars you become more closer or more distant, but that doesn't mean that this country is not in your circle or "friend" anymore. As I mentioned previously we have quite good relationships with Sirius members, some ProSirius
countries (mostly all of them, except newest members) and some relationships are on the way. Probably to name enemies is much easier 😃
And talking about Italy we became allies not so long ago, but tried to help you in RWs as much as we could, at least in my term, and Your government would always says that will not be forgotten.
That shows that Italy values countries which help them. At the same time I think Italy has strong foreign affairs and does a great job in building relationships and getting to know their allies, so keep up a good work o/
