Questions
1: There is a story that a man and not a man
Saw and did not see a bird and not a bird
Perched on a branch and not a branch
And hit him and did not hit him with a rock and not a rock
2:Why is a raven like a writing desk?
3.You have two coconuts and you want to find out how high they can be dropped from a 100 story building before they break. But you only have $1.40 and the elevator costs a dime each time you ride it up (it's free for rides down).
How can you drop the coconuts to guarantee you will find the lowest floor they will break at, while starting and ending at floor 1?
Note: They break when dropped from the same height and they don't weaken from getting dropped.
4:Five pirates are parting ways after finding a treasure of 100 pieces of gold. The pirates decide to split it based on a vote. Each pirate, from oldest to youngest, gets to propose a plan on how to split the gold.
If at least 50 percent of the other remaining pirates agree on the plan, that is how they will split the gold. If less than 50 percent of the pirates agree, the pirate who came up with the plan will be thrown overboard. Each pirate is smart, greedy, and wants to throw as many others overboard as possible without reducing the amount of gold they get.
What plan can the first (oldest) pirate propose to live and get as much gold as possible?
The easiest one so far....
5: What has no beginning, end, or middle?
Well peeps good luck and may godspeed be with you.
The answers will be posted on friday night
Comming up soon in Phoenicx chaos is the Black sheep song(will be published on Saturday or sunday)

its been a long time since i have realeased an article
and those prizes mentioned above are real. i will send you cash if you answer the questions correctly
1. A eunuch who did not see well saw a bat perched on a reed and threw a pumice stone at him which missed.
2. Because it can produce a few notes, tho they are very flat; and it is nevar put with the wrong end in front!
3. You could drop it at floor 1 first (because you start at floor 1). Then you would go to the floors: 14, 27, 39, 50, 60, 69, 77, 84, 90, 95, 99, and 100. Whatever floor your first coconut breaks at, go to the floor above the last floor the coconut survived and drop the second coconut from this floor. Then go up by one floor until the second coconut breaks and that is the lowest floor it will break at.
4. He can propose a plan that he gets 98 pieces of gold, the 3rd pirate gets 1 piece, and the 5th pirate gets 1 as well.
If there were just 2 pirates the younger pirate would definitely deny the plan so he could get all of the gold.
If there were 3 pirates the first pirate can offer the second pirate 1 piece of gold and take the rest himself because the second pirate wouldn't get anything if he has to propose a plan himself.
If there were 4 pirates the first pirate could take 99 for himself and offer 1 to the youngest pirate. They would both agree. If the youngest disagrees then he won't get any gold in the next plan.
So when there are 5 pirates it is in the interest of the 3rd and 5th pirate to accept 1 piece, because if they don't they won't get anything in the next plan.

Aaaaaaah, WoF how I miss thee...
5. A line in geometry, you cannot say where it ends, starts or where it's middle is. Or if you can, say so and infinity isn't accurate enough. But a donut's middle can be always solved even if one thinks the middle is empty but it has a geometrical center.
3. Firstly, I would take all the dimensions of coconut. Dropping from 100 store building an item means it has some exact terminal velocity at the end it can be approximated by the laws of physics. The difference between the force of impact when hitting the ground can be tested without using elevator. I would spend an hour or two to do the math, after that, figuring out a way which simulates the drop from each floor, and I would start at the floor one. When the coconut breaks, by the laws of the physics, I just go a floor or two lower as tested, drop the coconut and see what happens — as always, I have done my math right and it doesn't break. Then going one by one up, equalling total of 4 rides up at max and it will break in the last floor as expected. Now I have around 0.8dollars in pocket, two broken coconuts and will celebrate by buying a milkshake.
4. Five pirates, 100g's. Assuming the pirates aren't that stupid, they can make an coalition against the oldest guy and make him walk by the plank. This means some advanced tactics must be used, but the oldest guy cannot propose 98-1-1, because who the hell says Aye when they can get a better deal when throwing the first proposer out of the ship. Leaving 4 to share.
Because the first propose must succeed, it means that he needs 2 players on his side. It means the share must be good enough to get all agree, if not — others simply disagree and the oldest is gone. As the oldest proposes 34/33/33 for the first three oldest pirates while leaving others with none.
This is the best deal he can get because the equality. But even by this propose others should make him walk the plank and the next one proposes same and he would getting one extra gold. And again, remaining should disagree, leaving less left and the same propose once again.
In other words, 34/33/33 is risky but a chance of success, but 0/50/50 propose makes him to have highest chance of survival and therefore I would propose it and no gold for me, at least life left.
2. Because neither requires the other.
1. A eunuch who did not see well saw a bat perched on a reed and threw a pumice stone at him which missed.
