This, our, eWorld is based on Platon's story of Atlantis. This story has became from his two dialog, early Timeus, and late dialog Critias, like a real story of Atlantis, and expansion of first dialog. In dialog Timeus and Critias are two philosopher which talk about one very advanced society in war.
If you don't forget a one of older background, some like concentric circle of land water, some kind of river or whatever, you will accepted next.
In origin, Platon hear this story from his grandfather Solon, and Solon from the Egyptian Priest in Sais, great city and dock of this age.
Priest has told to Solon, that Atlantis was placed behind the Mediteran sea and Hercul's tower (Gibraltar). Well we can concluded that this island was on Atlantic ocean, and maybe because were named Atlantis, but that is not a case. Atlantis in translation means a mount or hill, at the water, just like it was. Contain from the series of land and water and great mount in the middle. In this conditions, Atlanteans has a two harvest on the year.
According to Platon, it was island which is building Greek god Poseidon for his six sons, hi received them with mortal Kleito. Also is Poseidon, according Platon, god with to much human's performance, people of Atlantis were aggressive, combative and evil people, with army of million soldiers. But however less by number, but virtue fulfilled Greek's soldiers were beat them.
