The Gallian News - Little progress so far

It's been around a day since the election results became official, but so far I've managed to do more or less nothing. The reason for this is the lack of communication with the other members of Congress, which I hoped to solve by gaining access to the official and public Congress forum on the official forum of eNorway, Located here.

I tried to contact our CP, but received an reply that he couldn't give me access (what?) and that I needed to contact T CheruB, whom is by today a eUSA citizen (what!?).
Clearly something has gone wrong when you have to contact a citizen of eUSA to gain the rights to participate in the congress forum of eNorway. I believe there may be emigration in the picture here, but still this is not just about the fact that a player in another country has to give me the rights, but from what I understand he is the ONLY person capable of doing so, meaning if he quit or choose to give me access, neither I or any others in the same situation won't be able to participate in the only forum I've discovered so far, which is restricted to letting just the congress discuss there.

Then some information about the newspaper.
The newspaper will be limited to one release each day, unless there is a need of an extra edition that particular day, which can't wait until the next day.
I will also refrain from having much pictures of RL people in my articles, as we have more than enough people including that kind of stuff in their articles.
Instead The Gallian News will be focusing on 2D and 3D images, which I believe will make it a bit special compared to most of the other newspapers.
In addition I'll update you on whatever progress I make during my term in Congress and hopefully I'll be able to begin the discussions soon, so that I may take action as soon as possibly.
