Talking with Bogi

Day 2,930, 11:33 Published in Poland Netherlands by Redi Jodikku

Today I’m here with a new interview, it has been quite a lot since my last article, and I felt like writing a bit again. With an interesting political scenario I thought that it may be interesting what Bogi thinks. For those who don’t know him (shame on you), he is the current Serbian MoFA and has served there and in Asteria a lot of times, and I guess we all know that Serbia always has a word on what happens in the game.

-How do you see your country in the near future, let’s say, in 3 months? What would be different?

Apart from keeping the regions we currently have, we plan to do some more conquests, but I can't say much more right now. Let's just say that there are some old scores that need to be settled.

-In a changing world, in terms of allies, with whom would you like your country to be no matter what happens?

Hmmm, this is a tough one. From the big countries, I hope to keep our main allies from Asteria and Hungary. But, it's hard to exclude some small countries with whom we've achieved really good relations this year.

-I'm glad you mentioned Hungary, lately Romanian and Hungarian relations did escalate a bit with the Greek and Croatian wars. What do you think that happened and what would you do in the hypothetic case you had to choose?

I don't think Hungarian and Romanian relations have changed much in the past year+. They oscillate, sometimes they are more tolerant towards each other, and sometimes there are more fights. I hope not to reach the stage to choose, but if the war was to take place, I'd probably go with the defender.

-When I asked you about allies you did not mention Republic of Macedonia (Fyrom) and Bulgaria (which was quite predictable). How do you see them and what do you think will be your relationship with them in the near future?

We're currently not as hostile towards each others as we used to be. That is due to having common enemies (Greece, Turkey and Croatia), but as they are enemies of most of our allies and we are enemies of most of theirs, I don't see much space for improvement in that area right now.

-During the Croatian wars, a Serb-Polish MPP was signed, something that had not happened for a long if I'm not wrong. Why did you do that and why you don't have it now?

It's not very big secret that our relations with Poland aren't good ever since breakup of TWO. I wrote the article to reveal their double game just before the beakup, which heated things up and a few days later TWO was over. Most of Serbs didn't forget it and expect the same to happen again, which is why we have no plans to sign that MPP. The reason why it was signed last month, well, it’s quite simple.

We were under big invasion, which caused confusion and mixed emotions and some of the congress members just voted without thinking. If you check, you can see that it passed by just 1 vote (17:16 I think).

About Asteria, you may have seen a lot of Argentinians fighting for Greece against Hungary, is this a problem for you? What did you feel back then? Or you don’t think they fought for Greece?

Neither Hungary nor Greece are members of Asteria anymore, hence their war is not something that the alliance as a whole must support on either side. It was up to each member to act according to their relations with the two countries. I don't think Argentineans went hard against Hungary as they can, and I'm quite sure that many Hungarians are aware how much Argies helped them during their previous wars, against Croatia and Ukraine. Relations between the two of them is something that I believe can be sorted out.

Thanks for your time, is there something that you would like to add?

I think I've said enough. Thank you for the interview

And that’s all, if you think I could have been deeper into something or I could have asked soemthing different, just send him a PM and ask him.
