Hoy se ha hecho público el NAP Serbia-España y se ha hablado mucho internacionalmente sobre las distintas versiones de de los boletines de Serbia y de España.
La principal diferencia es que en la versión serbia sólo se detallan las regiones que se devuelven, para lo que en el boletín español es tan solo una primera fase.
Pues bien, yo fuí congresista el mes pasado y ambos boletines tienen algo en común, ninguno publica los términos reales del NAP, ambos ocultan parte del Tratado
El NAP, tal y como lo expone Serbia en su artículo fue rechazado por España. España no iba a entrar en una humillación de ese tipo, pero sin embargo en el Congreso SI aprobamos otro más amplio por el que Serbia devuelve todas las regiones excepto Navarra, Este NAP con todas las personas que he podido hablar, es el que se va a llevar a cabo y que fue aprobado por el Congreso Español.
No voy a entrar en detalles en cuanto al NAP REAL, el que SI se ha aceptado y firmado en España, porque es información que tengo por haber sido congresista español, y filtrar esa información supondría entorpecer al Gobierno de mi pais y sus tiempos, y no seré yo quien ponga palos en la rueda a mi Gobierno.
Con respecto a los “haters” que suponía aliados solo recordar que:
Croatia NAP Serbia. Fine.
Italia NAP Serbia. Good.
Spain NAP Serbia. OMG! Damnit! What a disgrace!
Os pido una reflexión: puede que realmente estos países que firman NAPs y no les parece bien que España firme, les interese una España borrada para tenernos de drenaje, como fue el caso de la última batalla de Madrid.
Si de algo me he caracterizado en esta legislatura es de ser la “oposición” al Gobierno de JonyB.B, pero en este caso el Gobierno de España merece mi confianza ya que lo publicado, aunque incompleto, sí es lo que ha aprobado por el Congreso y lo publicado por Serbia es tan solo una primera fase del NAP.

Today it has been published a NAP between Serbia and Spain, and it has been quite large commented internationally the point that there were two different versions of bulletins in Serbia and Spain.

I will not go into details regarding the REAL NAP, which has been accepted and signed by Spain, because it is information that I have for being Spanish congressman and filter such information would hamper the government of my country and his times , and not for me to put a spoke in the wheel of my Government .
With respect to the " haters" supposed allies just remember:
NAP Croatia Serbia. Fine .
NAP Italy Serbia. Good.
NAP Serbia Spain . OMG! Damnit ! What a disgrace!
I ask for a reflection, maybe those countries signing their NAPs with other countries and do not think Spain should, want to have us wiped, and have Spain as a drain, like in the last battle of Madrid.
If anything has characterized my attitude for this month, its for being the "opposition " to the government of Jonyb.b (current CP) , but in this case the Government of Spain deserves my confidence because the terms published , although incomplete, are the terms approved by the spanish Congress and the terms published by Serbia are just a first stage of the NAP .

Algunos puntos son ciertos. Eso si, Croacia lucho con Serbia por... ¿4 años?. Italia estuvo ocupado por Serbia desde hace un largo rato... Creo que la critica que España recibe es que no pudieron esperar siquiera a que Serbia resetee la determinacion una sola vez.
Ojo, como bien dices, uds son libres de firmar el NAP que quieran.
Es una critica razonable (la 1º que veo; y eres el único que la hace, por mucho que digas que es la critica que se le hace a España)
Pero un NAP que no vende a ningún aliado, un NAP que no nos pide casi nada, un NAP que nos devuelve casi toda España (excepto Navarra)....no sé, ¿por qué no firmarlo? ¿por qué esperar a estar mas tiempo borrado?
A día de hoy, no como en el pasado, tener un país borrado mucho tiempo es un desgaste de jugadores enorme. Solo si se fundamenta en un odio VR (como croacia-serbia o mkd-grecia) el borrado no pasa tanta factura. Pero otros países, grandes en su momento se han visto empequeñecidos por el borrado (francia, brasil...).
Así pues, de resumen:

¿Si nos lo ponen en bandeja que tenemos que hacer? EL NAP que ofreció Argentina a Brasil fue muchísimo peor. De hecho esto más que un NAP parece un tratado entre futuros aliados. Alomejor me equivoco pero hoy Polonia firmó MPP con Hungría...
Teniendo en cuenta que lo critican argentinos y portugues basicamente..quizas deberian criticar a su aliado ya que no les gusta XD

Bueno, ya veremos, pero que no son formas. que dos gobiernos que publican una misma noticias y que les afecta a los dos, como es el caso de un NAP, y que salgan dos publicaciones , una de cada gobierno de su pais y que no sean iguales, pues vosotros mismo sacar las conclusiones....

No, si las formas no son. Pero me parece algo criticable a Serbia, no a España.
¿Cómo puede ser que se ofrezcan dos versiones diferentes del mismo NAP? No dudo que pueda ser beneficioso para eEspaña, pero las cosas cambian de "devolver todo menos Navarra" a la versión expuesta por nuestro Ministerio de Exteriores.
Mal empezamos si hay estos fallos de comunicación. Normal que haya desconfianza, si se transmite esta desorganización.

Sorry mate, i have to do one correction in here,because its not same thing.
-Croatia fought for ages with Serbs and for months they were wiped in original regions and in last months they decided to stop that maraton war and to concentrate in helping allies,like they did with you, or you forgot that they fought more for you than you did for you country?
-Italy was many times without congress, many times they fought Serbs, many times they killed their bonusses and now they decided to do NAP, because community got tired.
-Spain first month after wipe and first month couldnt secure congress (Poland barrely helped you) you decided to hug occupator.
And all this makes me very doubtful, because Spanish soldiers didnt hit too hard for Spain and other side Poland didnt help you as before too... i guess this was all part of plan,to let Spain without congress,so you will have a reason to be close with Serbs and to blame Sirius???
When we fought for our congress. All the occupied allies by Serbia had agreed except Albania. Just saying.
I have to make one more correction for you.
When you fought for your congress, just Croatia had NAP, and we opened RWs in Italy,Albania,Bosnia and Spain to drain them, and you easily could win, but Spain soldiers didnt fight hard and you never stimulated war with CO , that means your government wanted to lose that RW.
Even Serbia had Bosnia to win in RW as their prio (because if Bosnia wins they makes congress and Serbs could do PTO there).

There are points on which I disagree , but these wars do not interest among allies.
I can say pact country by country except Albania, but throw shit on Sirius. Spain dont have enough money for COs against Serbia, and maybe that if we need CO to win, surely we dont need a ally.

In theory things are like how you said but in practice, even strongest country in this game like Serbia needed CO all the time activated to beat you, and nowadays you cant win a battle without CO, you have to be pathetic to belive that.
Pact country by country didnt have also Bosnia but Italy pact with them didnt make you lose anything, they drained serbs with their RW even having agreement.
