Problems at Glance

As a new eCanadian Citizen I see the first major problem. There is no submersion program in the Canadian gov't for newcomers. If there is one, then it needs some improvement. Perhaps it is one of the problems for the lack of new players and a low population in Canada.
From what I see, there needs to be a small team of educators and mentors within the Education Department that can contact new players on a daily basis, just offering them help and writing a brief intro to the game. It is not time consuming, because the message is standard, but there need to be people in charge of that and they need to be consistent. It is a pretty standard practice in other bigger countries.
These mentors should direct the newcomers to join MUs, and from there on, the MU officers should take over, guiding the noobs. Reorganization and centralization of the given MU's into one Committee or HQ is another topic to be discussed in the future.
That's my first proposal to the government.

Welcome to eCanada!!!
How many citizen accounts have you had before this one?
In general, MU's and Political Parties are pretty good at introducing themselves to new players and showing them the ropes. Perhaps people recognize the experience in you that I have and haven't offered you the traditional "welcome" package.
I had one, about 1.5 year ago. I just want to find out the more specific structuring of Canada, as I plan to enter politics.
I think you and me need to get better acquainted 😃 Like your ideas.
Indeed 🙂 I was thinking of founding a Right-Wing Conservative Party in Canada. One that would be the most constructive and leading force in Canada. I have to get a little bit more acquainted with the situation before I start moving anywhere 🙂

That program exists, they're just a bunch of lazy arses 😃
during the wipe, we had a lot of people posting educational article on a regular basis. I know Crisfire had a pretty wicked awesome standard informational package that he posted, im sure he still has it saved.
There was a guy, i forget his name, that also posted regularly the same set of 4 articles over and over describing the game , tips and strategies.
As for hand to hand, direct contact with new people it dosnt happen much mainly because they're quiet and unknown. When istarted i was lost, and mainly asked for info and help when needed. Now as mainy others I usually try to assist noobs when ever i come across them, to a point cause there are always lots of multis out here.

As for International politics, developing relationships by way of earning a mercenary medal is helpful. Relocating around the globe makes building rapport easy; worldwide name recognition while learning different political structures is valuable if your intent is to be a sort of international liaison once in congress. Think multiple vertical relationships in the making... If thats your goal. I know its really helped me spring from a noobie to a semi-noobie (at the expense of domestic issues).
This article turned into CPC spam awfully fast didn't it? I read Conservative Party of Canada and I think Harper, then I want to kick the dog. Just saying.
