PANAM: Foundations, Fortifications, Future

PANAM as an alliance and an idea has been in the works for upwards of five months now. It all started in a simple IRC conversation where me and Hamilton where simply BSing and looking for ways to shake up the new world, and create a new alliance and a new way of thinking. The Idea, simple at the time, was to create a haven for American countries, a specific Alliance for those in the Americas who were tired of having their foreign affairs politics run by the old rich men of Europe, who kept having battles that were meaningless for those in America, and demanding aide from the countries in the western hemisphere.

Many painstaking months of negotiations, mainly by the god among men St Krems , have led us to an interesting moment in foreign relations. The PANAM Alliance ( soon to be renamed) consists of a very curious group of nations, nations that have felt Betrayed by former allies, nations taking a stand and becoming Autonomous as they grow in size, and nations looking to set out and find a new Balance of strength in the new world. The transition of PANAM from being a Local, Western hemisphere alliance to a worldwide alliance happened over time, as many involved in the alliance came to understand just how difficult it would be for such an alliance to exist without the help of those from the mainland of Europe and beyond. As the NWO set of military powers came to be, it also became clear that this so called “juggernaut” alliance had one weakness, a potentially fatal flaw: lack of time zone fluidity. With time zone coverage in only a few local time zones of Europe, the NWO simply can’t dole out the damage in as tactically a fashion as the now pan-global PANAM can.

With the first major NOW vs PANAM battle now behind us,( with a PANAM victory ) many amongst us look to the future and look at possible allies and new members of PANAM. There are many candidates for admission. I’d like to start with the obvious suspects, and that is the current remaining members of EDEN

EDEN has had close contact with the PANAM alliance for a while, as we both have a common enemy, the NWO group. Familiar faces such as China, Romania, Croatia and Greece look like they have common goals with the PANAM alliance. It’s not a wild idea to assume they will join PANAM. However, Greece, a long time EDEN country, has major issues with Turkey, our close ally and a member of PANAM. Just recently, the Greeks and Turks came to a standing agreement in which they would achieve peace . However, just today, the newly instated president of turkey has called off the peace deal, so only time will tell what happens next in this political clusterF#*k

EDEN-PANAM relations aside, one must wonder about “the others”. Those nations that aren’t part of EDEN, yet are looking into membership in the alliance known as PANAM. One such curious case is that of the United Kingdom. The UK, notable for being the first nation to switch from the ATLANTIS sphere of influence to the PEACE sphere of influence, has a lot of thinking to do. On the one hand, they have their old friends in Serbia, offering land swaps of regional resources in exchange for gold. There is also the possibility of Serbia gaining land in the UK that borders the USA, prompting a possible invasion of the USA by Serbian forces. In this situation, the UK would be in bed with longtime allies Hungary and Serbia, but would also be in bed with past occupiers of the UK Spain and Poland. On the other hand, the UK has the option of joining the PANAM alliance, which has friends and allies that the UK traditionally holds dear (France, Brazil) . However, PANAM also has longtime staunch enemies of the UK in it as well (USA and Canada). While the UK would not get fiscal compensation for joining the PANAM alliance, they would obtain something that in my humble opinion is much more valuable than gold, Regional stability and security. For the first time since the ATLANTIS days, the UK would be surrounded by allies, instead of enemies. They would also build a large amount of goodwill between themselves and the USA and Canada, and would receive the benefit of protection from PANAM, who would fight off any occupier and attackers of the United Kingdom.

So, to conclude this long article that I came out of an article coma to write, the foundation of PANAM seems stronger than ever, and it seems like the sky is the limit for the PANAM alliance, as EDEN-PANAM cooperation begins to manifest, despite speed bumps like the Turkey-Greece conflict. As new members of the PANAM alliance are discussed by the PANAM council, it is important to keep in mind the possibility of EDEN countries joining the Alliance, as well as some of those left behind by the Phoenix alliance.
