New Pay Policy Announced!

Dear citizens,

After the last changes in economy part of erepublik, we forced to revise our pay policy. New pay policy will be implemented into all state companies in 2 days.

Pisoj, there are offers on job market, state companies names starting wits "CSR National", and the same salaries are in the companies with "CSSR Labor Camp".

the formula is this:

(3.6 + 0.4*skill) x (some other factors, max being 6.6 with bonus)

skill 1 = 4
skill 2 = 4.4

etc.

each skill increase is worth %10 of skill 1's production.

we take a look at our wage chart:

skill 1 = 1.5
each skill increase is 0.15, which is %10 of skill 1's production.

perfectly acceptable!

maybe instead of a steady increase, a slight wage/skill increase for higher skills could be considered; since they produce more with less investment.
