New Food Rules: What Effect They Will Have On Citizens and The Economy!

So today we have seen the new food rules for V2 come into effect. Now, you can eat many pieces of food everyday for potentially tremendous gains of both Happiness and Wellness. This will have a huge effect on how we live our eLives, and how the economy works for players around the eWorld.

First of all, there is no doubt that this change in rule will strongly affect the life of every citizen. This new rule allows players to eat up to 300, yes three-hundred Wellness and Happiness everyday! This means we can eat a bunch of food that is much cheaper than a Wellness box to gain even more points! 70 will no longer be the non-pay to play level for wellness. Even better is that with no limit to the amount of food you eat, you can buy tons of Q1 food for much cheaper than say, Q5 food. This way you can get more "Bang" for your buck!

Here is an example:
A Q5 food that gives me 10 Wellness and 5 Happiness costs me 2.45 Dollars of United States Currency.
At 20-30 cents a pop I am buying Q1 food that gives me 2 Happiness and 1 Wellness. This means that buying a gain of say, 10 Wellness and 5 Happiness from 5 Q1 foods costs me 1.25 Dollars, a 1.20 Dollar savings compared to buying a single Q5 food!

Obviously, this is great!

On the economic side, and on the other hand, I see a problem looming in the next week or so. Our economy is not set up to handle this kind of food load. I see the price of food increasing as everyone over-engorges themselves. This is not all bad though, as the profits of owning and operating a food company or grain company is going to go through the roof, but my theory above works only on the basis that food is cheapish. This could lead to problems, but we'll have to see.

Anyways, that is the end of my article! Cliché here we come, vote and subscribe! :{D
