NAP between eTurkey-eIran [2,879]

ENGLISH VERSION

Governments of e-Turkey and e-Iran have issued a Non-aggression pact(NAP), with the following terms and conditions:


1- e-Turkey and e-Iran promise to end hostility towards each other in RWs or the NE wars.
1.1.) e-Turkey and e-Iran will not set CO’s against each other battles.

2- e-Turkey will receive four-bonus regions[Northwestern-Iran, Southwestern-Iran, Hormozgan, Sistan-Baluchistan] in exchange for returning the tax income back to e-Iran.
2.1.) In the event of e-Turkey losing an agreed bonus-region or a (non-approved) RW of succeeding, e-Iran will assist in returning the territory back to e-Turkey.
3- e-Armenian regions shall remain under e-Iran’s occupation.
3.1.) if a foreign country attacks e-Armenia without the coordination of either nations (e-Turkey or e-Iran) both parties should cooperate to remove the aggressor out of the occupied territories.
4- This Agreement shall remain in force and automatically renewed unless terminated by mutual consent or by either Party. In the event that the two parties decide by mutual consent to amend this agreement, such amendment may be done by an exchange of letters.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized by their respective governments, have signed this Agreement at eRepublik day: 2,879, October 10, 2015, in the Turkish and Farsi languages, both texts being equally authentic.

FARSI VERSION

ایرن و ترکیه قول می دهند تا رفتار خصمانه نسبت به یکدیگر را در انقلاب ها یا جنگ های نچرال دیگر پایان دهند

ایران و ترکیه بر علیه یکدیگر اوردر پولی ست نخواهند کرد



ترکیه چهار منطقه از ایران را به شرح ایران شمال غربی ، ایران جنوب غربی ، هرمزگان و سیستان و بلوچستان را در ازای برگرداندن مالیات های آنان می گیرد

در صورتی که ترکیه یکی از مناطق بونوس دار توافق شده را از دست بدهد یا انقلابی (تایید نشده) موفق شود ، ایران در برگرداندن ان مناطق مساعدت و کمک خواهد کرد


مناطق ارمنستان در مالکیت ایران می ماند

در صورتی که کشور سومی بدون هماهنگی هرکدام از کشورهای ایران یا ترکیه به مناطق ارمنستان حمله کند ، هردو کشور موظف به تلاش و همکاری برای بیرون راندن آن کشور هستند


این قرارداد فعال و به قوت خود باقی خواهد ماند و توانایی تمدید اتوماتیک خود را دارد مگر در حالتی که هر دو کشور با توافق و یا هرکدام از کشورها به آن پایان دهند
در صورتی که هردو کشور با خواست مشترک تصمیم به ادامه این قرارداد بگیرند ، این تصمیم با رد و بدل کردن نامه به اطلاع طرفین خواهد رسید
