How come Uruguay, a country that once stopped mighty Serbia have one region.

How come Chile and Argentina, countries that judging and counting their country power together can form SIX EMPIRES between them only have so few regions?

Give more regions to our countries, in fact Give political Divisions to our countries just as you did with US and it's 50 states and so many others.

Definitivamente Uruguay merece más regiones. En cuanto a Chile y Argentina, mientras menos regiones tengan mayor será su vocación expansionista y, por ende, su poderío.
