The Federalist Party is pleased to announce it’s first ever blood drive! For more than a year now the Party and the eUSA as a whole have been crying out for fresh blood. So it is that we have decided to go out and get it. Not that kind of blood. We are looking for talented individuals. Let me reiterate that. We are looking for the next generation of Leaders. We want to find Party Presidents, congressmen, Directors, regiment captains, Secretaries at the national Executive level, and even Country Presidents. If you have dreams/aspirations/goals in eRepublik we want to help you get there.








Party propaganda is released frequently by all parties trying to continue to grow and thrive. Such is as it should be. A legitimate party on the move should tout what they have to offer. We've seen many help wanted articles. I've personally posted multiple forum threads seeking individuals interested in working for the Feds, I've also personally messaged my party many times with the same intent. Anyone who has lead in this game whether it's an MU, Party, or the Nation knows that finding and recruiting talented people is an incessant process that is essential to the long term success of the entity they're running.









While brainstorming on this Apollo (the reigning Fed PP), and I wanted to do this a little bit differently. As said recruiting for bodies to work in the party has happened many times before. So how do we make this endeavor stand out? It occurred to us that all of these help wanted blurbs, articles, forum posts, and messages are coming across as exactly what it is: a call to get people to do work in a browser game. What we want to accomplish is make it plain and clear what these jobs are. They're not grunt jobs designed to occupy, distract, or exploit. These positions are a vehicle to personal advancement.








When I first joined the Federalist Party, I was struck immediately by how welcoming everyone was, how vibrant and active the Fed forums were, and the opportunities to get involved. The Feds are a newb centric meritocracy. That's been said many times, and it's true. I took jobs in the Media department, FedEx (party messaging), FBI, and SHIELD in mid April of 2013. By May I was given a Congress seat, had won the baby Fed of Gold award, and had several times been randomly selected for a gift of tanks/food in recognition of my efforts. By August I was elected Party President. There are many others with similar stories. We want people to work in the Party because that is the best way to take ownership of it.








So you two clickers, and lurkers join us in the work of leading the party, and nation. Work ethic and competency are hot commodities. If you possess them you can pretty much write your own ticket. So here's how you get starte😛
