How to get free house?
Easy! Here is the recipe:
If you have any RL friends, who play eRep too, and are reliable (or if you have eFriends with the same characteristics) so much that you can trust them your icecream keeping, you can have houses for free! And your friends too.
1. Together you can build a house factories: which one builds who is just a metter of choice or gold which you have. Or one can have all factories.
2. Then you work one for another or all for one, for a minimum wage, till some houses are built. Then you all go and work for another one... and so on - this second way is quicker for one but same time for all. If you already have workers in store or you have active houses or tickets from used houses, you can build quicker.
3. RAW materials for houses you can buy on market or produce same way like houses.
4. When you have made some houses, you put your factory on market and one of your friends buys it. You all go to him and make houses for him.
And then repeat the drill with the third one and so on till you all have your houses.
Example for 2: One has Q5 and the other one Q3 and Q4 house factories. They work for each other. When they have made their houses, they sell companies to each other and make the other houses. On the end both have Q3, Q4 and Q5 houses BUT they bought just 1 set of companies NOT 2 (if they would make factories just for themselves).
Why to work like this?
Bcs you can have cheaper houses so made then to buy them on market. And if you do not have workers, this is the way how to solve the problem: You can not work in your factories by yourselve. You do not need expenceive workers and you do not pay taxes for selling houses on market.
Selling house factories on market is without tax.
I didn't see any articles about this procedure so I thought maybe this can help somebody.

Jest sem aktiven! Sem se poskusu mal u kooperativnem privatništvu. Sicer vsak proces pri meni malce dlje traaaaaajaaaaaaa.... sam sem pa kr zdržljiv drgač! 😛

aja.. pa onemu Cigotu od CP-ja Brusu reci da naj spet carino na House raw zniža.. bogme ne vem, zakaj jo je takrat sploh šel višat, ker ni od tega nobenega haska le vas par hašekov dražjo robo plačuje.. razložil pa mi še tudi ni zakaj.. po moje pa niti sam ne ve.. 😃
in boš kuj spet imel odlično robo po svetovnih cenah na SLO trgu.. 😛
You forgot about the salary you could earn by working for somebody at normal market rates (200cc+). Then your real profit from houses wouldn't be so attractive.
I didn't forget!
If you work for somebody, you get 200 CC
BUT
this somebody works for you and you pay him 200 CC
(bcs you both produce houses)
Both of you save 40CC (Slovenian situation bcs we have 10% work tax most of the time).

Ja pa morš upoštevat, da enkrat ko oddelaš zgubiš 200 cc (ali pa toliko kolikor je plača), zato ker ne dobiš nič.
Če ti proizvajaš hiške, mora en delat zate. Torej ga plačaš npr. 200 CC. Ti pa delaš pri njem in ti plača 200 CC za delo. Koliko si na plusu?
Torej, če si na NULI, je vseeno, če delata za npr. 1 CC en drugemu (kot sem zgoraj opisal), sta pa še na boljšem, ker vama davka ne pobere država (to pomeni, da če delata zastonj eden drugemu, sta na PROFITU in ne da ti izgubiš 200 CC).
