Normally when I write articles I usually have a target. Something that bothers me in society. Something that just disturbs me enough to write an entire article about it. I had a quick look at my last article, over 6 months ago, where I kind of blasted Smulle for something. I don't remember why. The fact that I don't remember it means it was never personal. To this day, I have always seen anyone I have worked with as a colleague. There are about 2 people I see as personal enemies in this game. DKN and Toothpaste. If there is an interest in knowing why that is, I'll write those articles as well, because there is a lot of history there. A lot of history is lost because not everyone contributes to the wiki.

I'm here to write a story about me, the day I became the president of eSweden and Shadowukcs, the newly appointed General Secretary of ATLANTIS, and what happened between us. This is in no way to slander him or to blast his reputation. What he did was noble in it's own way, he tried to prevent a war I was hellbent on starting. And when it comes down to it, I caused him to be put in the difficult position he was. I had 6 months without an internet connection to consider this. However, as a GS, he failed.

A GS is supposed to be impartial. But Shadow never stopped representing the UK. Meiko, as far as I know was a great GS. I didnt have much contact with her except for when I named my cabinet and the people who should join ATLANTIS' secret forum other than myself. Soon after we elected Shadowukcs everything started out fine, except for some talk about starting an ATLANTIS tank group, consisting of the 10 strongest warriors of each ATLANTIS-nations 10 strongest fighters which each ATLANTIS member should contribute gold to, which no one from sweden payed any attention to. Among the top 100 strongest players in erepublik, I'm sure you can find at least 10 swedes. How many britons or canadians can you find? This idea wasn't Shadowukcs' though, it was some canadian who's name I've long since forgotten. Any idea that says we are supposed to spend money on players who arent the strongest and wont get us the most bang for our buck is retarted. I don't care what nation you're from. As president, I'll spend tank gold only on the guys who will do the most damage. Back then, it was a retarted idea, and it still is. But that still isn't the reason me and Shadow had our disagreements.

The reason we had our disagreements is because I cnovinced the Germans to join ATLANTIS. And Shadowukcs compromised and said they would recieve a 30 day trial membership, since many nations were against allowing germany to join. I was well aware of this. 30 days later however when I had spoken to the allies of sweden and convinced them that germany should not be allowed to join, shadowukcs postponed the vote. I believe he did this in order to maintain peace between sweden and germany, a peace that had enver existed. The entire reason germany was invited into ATLANTIS was for them to loose their PEACE MPPs. The reason I worked so hard against shadowukcs after those 30 days was to pave the way for the Swedish invasion of Germany.

Personally, I have nothing against Shadowukcs. I don't believe he handled his post the way he should have, a neutrally as possible. However, he acted in the way of peace, and that is something that should never be frowned upon. But if you believe acting against democratic opinion goes against your beliefs, I believe it is better to abdicate your position, than to fight and cause a rift in an entire alliance. I take some of the blame for it. But shadowukcs has to take a part of it as well.
