Dear Admins: 'Compensation'

Dear Admins,

I completely understand the need for changes in a game like this, and as new folks join the game, things will need to change in order to keep your salaries. It's how life works, but giving us some bull replacement in return for those of us who have faithfully played the game over the years is something I don't understand.



This sort of stuff has happened time and time again, and although folks quit complaining about it as time goes on, the wounds remain. The loss of the working skill was a huge loss to the game, as well as the simplification of resources. The changing of the health to wellness/happiness and then back, these have all damage our economic standings and has taken away from the fun in the game, at least for me, but I do understand that you'll make more money off of a more simple system and I'm okay with that. Stuff happens, and yes someone has to get the short stick, but with the removal of the health building I'm a bit peeved, and not at the actual change, but with your 'compensation'.

You equate the amount of gold I spent and time to increase my health reservoir to a measly energy bar, the same thing I get every day for a mere 25 kills? Disgusting, simply disgusting. I mean really, you sell energy bars in the game store for 3.5-5 gold, and that isn't even close to the amount of money I have expended to reach where I am, not to mention the fact that most people find the gold to bar exchange rate to be ridiculous, I know I do.



So my point in all of this is that time and time again, you guys change the game because the game needs to be changed, but you do an incredibly poor job of compensating those of us who have put the time and concentration into the game, to get where we are. I'm always looking for a way to increase my power on both the battlefield, and the markets, but I can't because I never know what will happen with respect to both of these, and I don't want to invest gold into something that I might get a single rocket for in a month. I'm not buying gold from you folks because I'm afraid that in a month my 20 gold investment will be destroyed, and I'll get a message saying "here's a candy bar, aren't we nice?". This in my opinion is a poor business choice, and it really hurts your player base.



That is all, and I hope you read this and think about it before you cut another bit off my character, and hand me an energy bar for it.
