Mission 142 - Duel Time!
Description: A duel with Plato, Lana or The Headless Chicken will be possible after every 25 opponents you defeat in one battle!
Rewards: 5 Bazooka Booster, 5 Rocket, 50 Strength
Conditions: Defeat Plato 5 times. Defeat Lana 5 times. Defeat The Headless Chicken 5 times.
Hint: The description is a bit inaccurate. In reality it needs 25 up to 36 opponents for them to show up again.

Oh and in case anyone is wondering how to get Plato to battle. Simply kill 25-26 people in 1 shot and he will pop up as an opponent on the opposing country in the battlefield.

I cant help but notice Plato takes the shape of Noah from the bible.. lol
