First I would like to say congratulations and good luck to Viongoncalves86 than I would like to thank people who voted for any candidate and show their activeness. I am very happy that vingon won and I have supported him and wrote articles to convince people to vote for him. Now I would like to wish good luck to Sparkfyre and CRP who made this match a close one just as I like it. There was great suspense and fun.

So now I am quiet happy that PTI has come to be top party as well as having the CP (although vingon promises to keep all parties equal). We have 50% congress members.

Well now I have a question. If you know the answer write it in comments below.
Q: If a proposed vote in the congress gets 50% yes and 50% no will the proposal get accepted?
