CIC Report

Guten Tag, meine Damen und Herren. I'm writing to you hoping that fellow council members will allow this report to be forwarded to the Canadian community, and working with them over this last period tells me they won't have anything against it.
Firstly, I wanted to put this together before the CP elections, because elections, be they for President or Congress, are a party matter, and I think my work so far has shown that the CIC works autonomous of any party, interests and ideology. If not, I think this report will. Also, I'll be taking a few days off from Wednesday.
As you know, the current law does not grant us any powers to punish the congressmen who bypass us and grant citizenship's. Many of them are still oblivious to our function, but most simply do not care. That being said, I wish to congratulate and thank those of them who held onto their CS passes and expose to the people how Congress grants passes based on political needs.
I'll start with the party that I am member of.
Military Dictatorship Party
1. SGTRock gave a pass to candidate FRITZHILL, who has yet to join a party, on 28th of last month.
2. JaxTaylor gave a pass to candidate mhilly, who has yet to join a party, on the same day.
The CIC has received a lot of heat for the fact that all 5 composing members are from MDP, but the party has been against and is against the idea of an Immigration Council and has voiced this position, leaving us no political backing.
United Front
1. yst31 gave a pass to candidate serbianscorpion (UF)
2. the anaconda gave a pass to candidate Zomax (UF), who went through the whole process, declined by the CIC.
They've also been against the CIC, going so far as mocking the process in the Public Inquiries section. All considered, Prince Sheogorath stated that his party will not fall behind other parties that give passes through their congressmen in order to boost their ranks with foreign members.
Imperial Wolves
1. Punisher 1389 gave a pass to Akki40, who went on to join the IW. I'll note that Punisher, from his position as Party Leader, has cooperated with the CIC with respect to congressmen from his party.
2. Lathlaw, probably unaware of our process, gave his passes to aletss04 (MDP) and Maithil (CPF) on the same day.
Canadian Progressive Front
1. Funky 24 gave his passes to aspirant5 and Devojka sa polja zelenih (UF)
2. Klop123 gave his pass to Delian Constant Ramanujan (CPF)
3. crisfire gave his pass to Ray Barone (CPF)
4. Exalted Druid gave his passes to Gobba (CPF) and Dr.Walter Bishop (CPF)
So the board shows, out of 13 applicants :
CPF - 5
IW - 1
MDP - 1
UF - 3
No party - 3

It was mocked by a former-UF member who is now in the MDP and as far as I remember, the CPF have also mocked the council. It seems a little unfair to only point this out from us.
Rolling edit. And yes, but at that time he was a representative of the UF, put on the list for congress by its leaders and voted by its supporters.

I think you're wrong. The fact that you're willing to put in the work, and stick to your guns when it's clear that most people don't give a shit speaks a lot to your character, and I would hope that future Dictators are able to see that for as long as you remain in the MDP.

I am glad that you and the others that are part of the immigration council are doing your best to do what yer meant to do. I am also impressed by the fact you're not backing down. Hopefully soon, the CIC will get more backing- as they should because then otherwise everything would be for moot. Awesome job on the article, keep it up!

Nothing unusual at all about div 1 players born in 2009 coming over to join the UF. Just a strange coincidence would be my guess. Nothing to see here folks.

Perhaps a pm can be sent to all congress members in order to notify them of the IC's function and etc? Not all of congress frequent the forums
No but there is a law repository who all congressmen must visit at least once they occupy the office. Party leaders should be the ones to inform the congressmen about such laws, and some did.
