Today, 22 October 2015 (Day 2893) is a special day in the history of eRepublik.

Whatever the future brings - we can hold our heads up high and bask in the glory that today we got a little payback on some of those responsible for attempting to destroy eUK 18 months ago.

For those with short memories or who were not around at the time, rogue elements from eUK teamed up with rogue elements from eSerbia to help destroy the eUK. Floods of eSerbia multi-makers, their friends in the eUK such as BigAnt, Dapper and New Era Cronies handed out citizenship passes to enemies of the eUK.

The end result was the theft of the eUK treasury by BigAnt. But remember, it would not have been possible if it hadn't been for his cronies in the eUK and some of the eSerbs who came here. Let me remind you of what Dapper said about Acroc (our elected CP):-

"Right now the two face CP is working the TUP agenda and trying to stop New Era giving congress passes to our friends, the UK needs a shake up the only way to do is import more citizens into our country for the sake of democracy, this can bring exciting new changes to the UK."

How does this tie in with wiping eSerbia? Well one of those who came to eUK to help BigAnt was atohnhaketon or Michael Alan Weston as he's now called and last month eSerbia elected him as their CP.

This is what he had to say at the time about BigAnt and his own part in what happened to eUK:-

So let us rejoice in this victory over those who helped do so much damage to eUK.
