Aircraft Military Rank Medals Worldwide II

After publishing the initial Aircraft Military Rank Worldwide just after the release of the aircraft battles (thanks for the 25+ comments!), I have decided to chase down the latest medal additions, and to improve the overview a bit (I have added the dates for all medals earned from Squadron Leader and on-wards).

All Wing Commander medals have been distributed since day 3212, and no Group Captain medals have been added so far. The top ten Aircraft Rank Point list follows below (current as per day 321😎.
