About conflict between Peru and NZ [EBM Peruvian version]

Hi guys.
I know a lot of nz-kiwi propaganda was published today in articles and shouts in favor of NZ, so we need to show our peruvian version of the facts.
We had an agreement of rent for auckland and wellington regions, but nobody in NZ goverment told to Peru where do the payment, to which account, organization or NZ treasure do the donation. So if we could understand this like a lack of communication, ok, we recognized it.
But, what is the reason Peru occupy NZ by the force?
During the last south american war against chile, the new chilean puppy: Spain, landed to NZ coast to attack Peru via MID Andes region.

Peru released region of mid andes to cut spain and NZ bordier and make Spain has less regions but...what did NZ do?

It was approved,but ingame it was rejected because we released Mid andes from Spain.
why?
To help to Spain to have more regions in the area and cannot be dropped from southamerica/oceania. Fortunately for us, their plans failed and Spain was delivered to europe in short time.
So, dears Serbians, you need to know how is the people now in NZ, maybe they are your friends, but they play for chilean and spanish interests, THEY ARE NOT NEUTRAL.
They are not fighting to be free, they are fighting to rent canterbury to chile, so I will do a question:

Lol when it comes payment day you need to send 15 messages and if you are lucky after 5 days someone will replied.
As for the Spain we don`t have any obligation towards Peru. On the regional level we must do what Chile asks they are the main force here and we never fight against Peru till now. And as i remember Peru Chile and New Zealand had an agreement. So why double standards? U can make agreement with Chile but we cant?

Our agreements with Chile are in concert with the WHOLE ALLIANCE, and they are design to make Chile pay for having lost the war.

Yes, so i collected CO once i saw the battle was lost, so what? I also see many Serbians collecting CO of our enemies, i don't get upset because that's the way the game is right now.
In the end i know our Serbian allies and also myself will tank for Peru and Serbia 90% of the time and 90% of our damage.

We always had more then good relations. I remember the days when you were bullied by Argentina, you had no congress for months and months, you were left on less then 100k of PEN with no option to print more. The biggest help came from us, we were manage to win in RW and put you back on the map after a several months. But back then we were strong and you were week, now we are week and you are strong. And you became a bully now. I remember when i was teaching your people how the economy bot works and how to use him to make money, that is why i took this personally and that is why i trow you all out my friend list.

I know that fighting for the other side is no big deal, but renting one region is not big deal too. Serbia cant protect us like before and they are ok with this, and you were ok with this too so i don`t see the problem here. We never fight for Chile and Chile never asked that from us. But Chile is fair and they took only one region, or two and they are paying fair price, plus they are willing to let us go a region if we need for congress. You on the other hand just took all, no question asked with no intention to release at least one region, so yes we got pissed off eventually.
I understand Koska, but don't you think its gone far enough? i mean i personally feel this almost as a civil war, i don't want to fight serbians, this is a terrible position to be in, if past Peruvian administrations were at fault and let our relationship with NZ drop so low. Well all i can say is that i'm back now, and hopefully we can get back to the good place we once were.
