[Rizon] New command: .ranking

Hi,

a new command today to view a citizen's national/global ranking position.

.ranking / .rankings

Example:

(like many other commands, it works with -i (id) and -n (citizen linked to IRC nick))

[!] Note: this command uses data from my erep citizens database, it updates only once per day at ~16 CEST (07:00 erep time).
Also, this command doesn't use the official API, and if the custom one (it's mine) is not stable, is buggy or makes my server explode and burns my house the command might be removed.
It is just a test feature, if it works I'll add more commands* like this soon. Not many ideas on what to add though, suggestions are welcome!
* Planned commands:
- fix .market to show prices WITH taxes and make it find the global best prices too.
- .tax to view taxes in a country/industry
- ???
