[Rizon] New command: .battle

Hello,

a new command in this update, exactly a year (give or take a day) after v2 was released,

.battle

is back!

Its usage is very simple:

FAQs:
Can't you show how many rounds each side won?
No.
Can't you show who's the hero/top5 on each side?
No.

More updates coming in the next few days/weeks, now that the bot is stable and doesn't split every 5 hours...
