Words from the Ministry of Public Relations
First off, I’m sorry that this edition of the Weekly Report is a day late, but I had no way of finishing it yesterday. Next week I’ll make sure to have it posted on Monday! I’m still looking for new, updated graphics for the Ministry of Public Relations. If you think you could help, I’d be eternally grateful! Send me a PM if you’re interested.
International News

People of Canada picks Democracy over Dictatorship
Acknowledging both the flaws and pros of Dictatorship as well as Democracy, the people of Canada have voted for Democracy in a recent referendum. Current country president klop123 listed the pros and cons of either political path, and offered a reward to all voters as an encouragement to get as many participants as possible. The results were an even 48 votes for Democracy, and 32 for Dictatorship. There’s no doubt Canada will have a slow struggle ahead, having lost a large amount of their treasury to the former dictator, Rylde.

Switzerland seized by Romanian MU
As a proof of the dangers a small country face if they decide to stick with Democracy over Dictatorship, a coup was staged by the Romanian Military Unit Nemesis Titanium.
The elite Unit, fielding 27 strong and economically strong soldiers, managed to seize control of Switzerland through a series of hard fought battles, some of which reached Epic status. This has, naturally, led to public outcry against the dictatorship module in the country. The way forward for Switzerland seems uncertain, with large parts of the country’s treasury having been spent on fighting, and now being under foreign control.

United Kingdom lends Venezuela a region
A long-standing friendly relationship between the UK and Venezuela will lead to a Venezuelan airstrike on the UK to keep the country safe. The small country has suffered a series of wipes at the hands of larger nations, and a unanimous decision was made in UK Congress to let Venezuela have a region, to keep the country safe.

Peace in Belgium
An agreement has been reached between Japan and Belgium that secures Japan a region in Europe, while Belgium is secured regions for future congressional elections. As part of the agreement, Japan will not attack any NSPP members, This agreement was brokered by the eCuban MoD AZTE.
