Hi to everyone, so we have agains the oportunity to upgrade our training grounds, and the gouvernment is giving subsidies to help you to keep growing!

Requirments:
1. Only Players With Israeli Citizenship For At Least Five Months Are Able To Get Training Grounds Upgrade Fund.
2. Only Players Who First Upgraded Their Chosen Training Grounds Are Able To Get The Fund (Screen-Shots Needed).
3. Only Active Players Are Able To Get Training Grounds Upgrade Fund.
4. Only Players Who Have Been Playing eRepublik For At Least Six Months Are Able To Get The Fund.
5. Only Players Who Got Their Commander Aproove Can Get Training Grounds Upgrade Fund.
6. Only Players Which Don't Listed In The Black List Are Able To Get Training Grounds Upgrade Fund.
7. Player Who Has Been Caught Using The Gold For Other Things, Will Be Added To The "Black List"
