[MoD] Orders day 2689 and 2690

Sorry for the delay, I had some RL stuff going on so I wasnt been able to publish new orders.

Resistance War in Western Netherlands day 2686,
Sunday morning when our Portugese occupier was asleep we started a Resistance War to free our beautiful Western Netherlands. The first round was ours, not that it didnt take a lot of damage but we just secured all 4 divisions. So we where very happy!! But then the second round came and in 30 minutes we saw that PT didnt want to give up the region. I have seen people hitting very fast and high but we just couldnt hold on. Its 1 against 4. We counted on some support of friendly nations, we did get support in the first rounds, not very much but they where here to help us.

The war ended with 19 vs 96. I think we showed ourselfs what we can do, where we can count on. We just have to understand that we cant do much without very good support or a bigger ammount of players. For our MoD team was it again a lesson to make sure everybody knows what to do, have some proper preparations and make sure there is a international support.

Soldiers, I am proud of you! It was an honnor to fight together in this resistance war!
