[Mod] Day 5438 Update to current TW setup

A bit more than a month since the last TW overview, so it's time for a new one. You can thank or blame Slua for making me write it 😃

Jokes aside, As you may know, currently all our tws are ping pongs, which means that the attacker loses and the defender always wins. Easy to remember, isn't it?

Right now, these are our partners and the regions involved in each war:

Canada: Ireland wins in Alberta and loses in Northwest Territories

Netherlands: Ireland wins in Mayo and loses in Northern Ireland

Egypt: Ireland wins in Middle Egypt and loses in Upper Egypt

Estonia: Ireland wins in Wexford and loses in Cork

Bulgaria: Ireland wins in Dublin and loses in Shannon

Finlan😛 Ireland wins in Wexford and loses in Louth

Czech Republc: Ireland wins in Alberta and loses in British Columbia

Spain: Ireland wins in Asturias and loses in Galicia or Castilla y León (it may change)

Also, any resistance war started without government approval should fail.

That being said, keep in mind that priorities may change over time, so remember to check the country feed for temporal changes and Dáil Éireann thread for more permanent ones. Besides, if you are thinking about placing your residence in an Irish region, Dublin is the only one that shouldn't be involved in a training war.

Irish Air Program

As many of you already know, Ireland has an air rank program where every pilot who has joined it receives 5CC/1 air kill every week up to 20000 CC/week and the payment is tripled if they aren´t elite citizen yet (level 101). If you want to be a member, comment it in the article from that week

But just a thought.. why don't you use Country feed for TW rules / Orders?

We do that for daily changes, but since they often get buriend with "X battle started" notifications it´s good to have at least a general idea in the top 5.
