Hello, this is Lithuania's Ministry of Culture (MoC).

Today we are going to talk about eRepvision

General rules for the songs entering the contest (other rules may be added in Regional Stage):

1. The songs must be sung by one of the players of eRepublik
2. The text of the song and the song can be well-known by the whole community (already released on the market in real life) or can be written by yourself (less likely, but we still encourage originality).
3. If the song chosen is already released, you can try singing it like the original or make your own version of it. No matter what option you choose, have fun.
4. The negative of the song, can be from karaoke found online (you shall provide the representative of the country with the link of the negative).
5. Try not to use apps that change your voice (Remember: You are playing eRepublik to have fun). We would like to listen to your voice, not to apps’ work. You can use apps only for background or backing vocals if you know how.
6. If you want to, you can also compose music on the computer, with the request that the song will not have any human voice in it.
7. You can record the song with any device you want, but usually a phone works excellent.
8. You can post the song on any site you want to.
The Rules have been taken from the official eRepVision Contest 2016 article which was written by Alex Antonescu

That's not all, the prize should be 90% of the endorses.

Within two days, we will launch the article, which will let people to participate. The MoC is planning to give two weeks for this step. Then, people will be able to vote. That's our plan.
The song, which will break the rules, will not participate in our national selection for eRepVision.

Taigi, Lietuva vis tik dalyvaus eRepovizijoje!

Taisyklės:
1. Dalyvaujanti daina turi būti sudainuota eRepublik'o žaidėjo (arba žaidėjos)
2. Praleidžiami du dainų variantai - visiems gerai žinoma daina, arba Jūsų pačių parašyta daina.
3. Pirmojo varianto atveju, yra vėlgi dvi galimos variacijos - galite įdainuoti originalą arba sukurti savo versiją.
4. Balsų keitimo programėlės yra uždraustos. Jų naudoti negalima. Tačiau, programėlėmis galima pridėti pritariančiuosius balsus arba foną.
5. Muziką sukurti leidžiama ir kompiuteriu, tačiau joje negali būti kito žmogaus balso.
6. Dainą galima įrašyti bet kokiu įrenginiu. Telefonai tokiam dalykui labai tinka.
7. Dainą galima patalpinti bet kokiame tinklapyje.
8. Dainos, jeigu taip galima pavadinti... fonas (melodija, muzika ir t.t.) gali būti iš tos dainos karaoke versijos, kurią galima pamėginti rasti internete. (Tiesa, karaoke versijos nuorodą teks atsiųsti atrankos vedėjui (arba šiuo atveju man).

Sklinda kalbos, kad prizas gali siekti 90% nuo visų surinktų šio konkurso straipsnių Endorse'inimų.
Taisykles sulaužiusi daina nedalyvaus konkurso balsavime (automatiškai iškris).

Prie to pačio - apie KM:
Kultūros Ministerijos sudėtis kiek pasikeitė. Pasitraukus net trims žaidėjams ir beveik visam LAS pasidarius neaktyviam (tokia pati anomalija pastebėta ir kitose ministerijose), lieka (+-) du žaidėjai - The Mindebuc ir dydyy1.
