As I compiled this list of people to help me lead the country for the next month should I get elected, I had 2 goals in min

1) To try and formulate a fairly fresh cabinet that doesn't utilise the normally always chosen elite. It is time for some of them to have a small summer vacation and recoup before you all throw them back into the ring.
2) Alongside of Goal One, my aim was to try and make sure that these new faces also had some experience in the specific field.
To meet both of these goals, I went looking into the cabinet of the last two CP's that we've had. Xichael and DMV. I found deputies that I am promoting to the full positions to encourage a new generation to take on the full responsibilities that those before us have fulfilled up until this point.
So without further adieu, here is my cabinet as it is stands:
Country President - Mann551 - the natural position for me should I get elected
Vice President - Rylde - Now wait a second, he is one of the ones who is constantly in leadership roles throughout Canada, how is this fulfilling goal #1? Honestly, it's not, but seeing as I'm going to be new to being CP, I will need someone at my right hand who has plenty of experience to help me along. I don't believe you should have a completely new cabinet. We'd be running around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to figure out what to do for the first week. (cue headless chicken?) That is why Rylde will be my Vice-President
Minister of Defence - Joseph Rich - He will be my Minister of Defence. He was an active deputy during Xichael's term, and he has a timezone advantage so that the Battle Orders can be updated at nearly any time of day
Deputy Minister of Defence - Darth Zigus - Having been the deputy Minister of Defence this past term, I have seen that he is eager to learn what to do, and I think he will be ready to take on some more responsibilities in this coming term for Minister of Defence
Minister(s) of Finance - TimmKruz, Aries Prime - TimmKruz has time and again proven to me that he knows how to make money, and he does it well. Though I don't always know exactly what he is talking about, I know Aries does. Timm specifically asked that if he was to be on cabinet, Aries must be on as well. These two together do their job very well. They have it down to a science, and I'm sure they will do well this coming term as well.
Minister of Foreign Affairs - Molly Jo - She has been a deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs recently and I look forward to seeing what she has to offer in the field this coming term. Again, I'm sure she will do a good job.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - TheSocialistChicken - The newest addition to my cabinet, and his strength is in Foreign Affairs.
Minister of Education - Spyper - Spyper is a new player to the game who shows all the enthusiasm to get more involved. As this has been my job for the past two terms, I am available to help him when he needs help, although I'm sure he will do just fine without me. He seems quick to pick up new ideas and I'm sure this job will be no problem for him.
That's my cabinet!
Elections are on Wednesday August 5th, and remember that no matter who you vote for, you should vote and have your say in who leads the country.

Finally a cabinet with alot of new blood and fresh meat. The country just has to give you a chance now.
Quit writing articles now it's gettin expensive with all the endorsements.

That picture of Premire Wynn gave me a bad taste for the rest of the article !
I met her earlier this year. She was polite, but very guarded which gave me a bad taste as well. The other politician at the meeting, Patrick Brown, was actually more personable. He threw off his coat and chatted with us for a bit. Had a good conversation about when they were going to send ol' Steve off onto the ice floes.
this is good to hear. Mr.Brown seemed cold to me from pictures. Hope he can pull off a win!
That's the problem with politics today - we care more about style over substance. Politics should be about politics but it's more often about haircuts. What a joke. It's been all downhill since the Kennedy/Nixon debate.
That should say that politics should be about policy.
I just prefer people who don't try and moderate every single thing they say. I can forgive someone who says something stupid if I know they are a straight-shooter. The dangerous ones are those who guard themselves at every angle, such as Wynne and Harper. I don't agree with Brown's policies so I won't be voting for him (he will be running in my riding, apparently), but I can say he is more personable and definitely more of a straight-shooter than Wynne.
You can't just take into account policy, you have to take into account the person who will implement that policy. Someone could have genius policy ideas, but if they are corrupt or incompetent then it doesn't mean much.
We do still have laws in this country... unless you're a Liberal, then by all means delete incriminating evidence.
I don't know whether you can ascertain whether someone's corrupt or incompetent by watching their speeches, debates, or even talking to them one on one. Schmooze and charm are a good way of masking bad ideas, though it at least sounds like you're going to be taking ideas into consideration (even though it's almost assured that Brown will be your next MPP).
I'm a rare breed. I don't desire a leader with strong oratory skills - especially sub-nationally. But even on the world stage, we're not a great power so it's really not going to make a difference whether Harper's good at debating Putin.
If all I heard from our politicians were the press releases they produced discussing policy changes, I'd be happy - well, that and they still would have to answer questions from reporters (especially since they don't answer questions in Question Period). Well, happy enough I guess - I might not like their policies.

That's Kathleen Wynne, Premier of Ontario. She's gay but in her latest commercial talks about being a grandmother - she's got three children from her 14 year marriage to a man. I know - it's confusing.
Did she turn gay or was she always gay?
Rolo dont you know, you cant turn gay or just are gay from birth! Which means so was a big fat phony for at least 14 years, which explains how she is so good at pulling the wool over Ontario citizens eyes hah!

Neighbors had a dog long time ago that had no preference what it humped. Not only liked both male and female dogs, it tried to mount legs, tires, it even tried a cat one time. The cat was an outside kitty that still had all it's claws, the experience wasn't exactly what fido expected.
