[MAE] NAP extension between ROMÂNIA and BULGARIA

I. PREFACE
The following agreement shall be in force between the eRomanian and eBulgarian Governments as of the moment of its signing until the 9th of April.
II. CONDITIONS
All signatory parties agree to the following:
1. eBulgaria agrees to not declare war or NE to eSerbia, eGreece or eRomania, and vice versa.
2. Both eBulgaria and eRomania can fight in their MPP battles without any limitations, but not in their RW’s.
3. Both eBulgaria and eRomania understand that it is impossible to ensure that all citizens of their nation meet the terms and conditions of this agreement, but will ensure that their own MU’s are ordered to fight correctly under the terms of this agreement.
4. Both governments will meet on the 9th at which time the NAP can be extended by the expressed agreement of both eBulgaria and eRomania.

Just great we gave you regions for free and now you let bulgarians to attack us?

Let's set this STRAIGHT.
YOU (Hungary) asked us to FREE Bulgaria and offered those regions in return. So those regions were not "free".
The question to be asked is: Why is Bulgary attacking you if you were the artisans of their freedom ?
Dont pretend that you didnt know about their attack, you sold your own allies.
Let me put this another way.
That NAP was negociated with Laurh on the channel.
With ALL it's conditions.
Also, istencsaszar, another HU citizen, was there.
The MOFA article today wrote that the NAP wasnt signed because Hungary didnt accept the Bg-Pl MPP. This is typical EDEN mentalyti croatians did that when they signed with serbia and let you erased.
An Agreement was not reached on Saturday.
It was, however, reached last night. Before the Polish NE.

o singura intrebare am catre MAE: stiti ca alianta Bulgariei e ostila Asteria+Leto+Asgard. Stiti ca in presa lor foarte mult timp s-a discutat activ de alierea cu Sirius si de ocuparea noastra. Daca nu stiti asta, e pacat si inseamna ca nu va faceti foarte bine treaba, daca o stiti si nu o luati in considerare, iar inseamna ca nu va faceti f bine treaba. nu sunt aici sa va etichetez, vreau doar sa va pun in garda.
