Join the new world

In order for this game to continue, we must inject new blood into it, right? At least that seems to be the consensus.
Attrition, burnout and disinterest could be the future. If WE don’t do something about it. The old saying goes, if you can’t beat the-join them.
Let’s continue this successful streak that has begun with Deepchill and apply it to our very own Party. Tyler wants to prepare the Party for the future and by doing that we need to reach back and go back to basics. We need the people in the Leadership positions to teach what they know and prepare their Staff of the future! Sounds, great, right? There is one problem here. We simply do not have the activity necessary to fulfill this goal right now. This is where YOU come in!
We aren’t talking about taking a lot of your time, and you never know, you might have fun.



We would be looking for people to help generate messages and send them to the Party Members.
[FUN Dept.] Help develop something the Party can do and we will even pay for it
Start new Threads on the Forum to get people to connect and have fun.
[Political Dept] We want people to learn what happens around the time of Country President Elections, Party President Elections and Congressional Elections.
Help organize the CP Nomination
Monitor the nominations and post the PP Poal
Assist the Political Director with filling the Congress Candidate List
[Retention] Come up with some great ideas to keep the members we have interested and active.
[Recruitment] Try to get new Citizens to join us or convince experienced players why they should join us.
[Media] Create articles, graphics or other media to help further our cause.
Publish our Federalist Press Release
Start a SHOUT Team to remind everyone what Media we have recently published.
[FBI] Conduct a background check on new members and handle other Security related duties.
[Tech] Spreadsheets, bots and scripts. Are these things easy for you to figure out? Are you secretly just a little nerdy? Or maybe you are great at making graphics, gifs and other cool stuff. That’s what the Tech Dept does.


Those of us that currently have these positions, or have done some/most/all of these positions do this for a handful of reasons.
Some of those reasons include;
Community: we like the people (or most of the people) of THE Federalist Party. I mean we are friends. Or as close as a friend as one can become through the use of a computer.
Fun: we do the things we do because we really have a good time. We have found a niche in life and this fills it. We actually look forward to doing the things we do.
Purpose: it gives us a reason to login. We have gone beyond the click to work, click to train, click to fight. There are other things out there beyond those 3. We like that you do those things and want to give you a reason to want to click more.
Pride: we like what we do and take it seriously (sometimes too seriously). We shape the future of this Country by training excellent Congress people, future Presidents/Cabinet Members/Government Employees. We are the largest and most active Party in the game. We know it and because of our hard work, we like to tell everyone about it.
