I know that most of you think these articles and money giving is for mission completion. But, you can remove that mission with less than 10g and I give away almost twice as much per article. Doesn’t really make sense does it? (:
The thing is, I’ve done everything in this game that I am going to do. Once, like all of you, I wanted to fill my profile with all the medals available, but with time I realized that is never going to happen. Being a President or a Dictator takes way too much time and effort and taking Top Fighter medal requires spending a lot of real money which I don’t want to spend. That’s why my profile will never be completely filled with those shiny medals.
For some time, playing a game has been just going trough motions without much thought about anything that goes on in eWorld or in my beloved eUK. Last month I found myself sitting in congress unable to pay close attention to discussions that were going on. I didn’t really care. That is why I haven’t applied again.
I know that by now, for you who had the will to read this far, this looks like a farewell article. It isn’t. Just some sort of explanation.
I’m quite self sufficient. There are enough companies on my profile to keep me well fed and well armed ‘till the end of the game (or some admin changes). I have enough to sign the next training contract and even to change my nickname again if I feel like it. The surplus is just accumulation of wealth for which I have no desire. That is why I decided to share it. I plan to do five of these articles in as many days and then to continue on irregular basis when I feel that I have enough money to do so. That is basically it.
Anyway, for all of you with somewhat shorter attention span, here it goes. Same as before, just comment and you might get 5000 CC

I read every word. Don't lose faith in the game there is much to be done. This game is primarily about co-operation and helping others out; and there is always the need for more of this. Voted and endorsed!

Medals are just shiny badges for doing what the admin want you to do.
That aside, caring and giving a rats a... is hard. Clicking and going through the motions is playing without the emotional investment. Everyone runs short of time every now and then. But in the long run, if you're just turning up to satisfy an addiction or out of habit you're probably better off leaving. And if that thought is gut wrenching, stay and make the effort to make the e-world a better place.
