Hello eCanada,
As some of you may have noticed or are already aware Cordis Die, under the leadership of Rylde, is launching a Military Coup to Install Rylde as Dictator of eCanada.
Some have already shouted against this, and in defense of democracy, but this is in fact wrong.
Rylde, with the Support of eCanada's Current Government, as well as with the Approval of all Major MU Commanders, has been decided upon to be eCanada's First Official Dictator.
After some discussion and agreements amongst MU Commanders and Political Leaders it was decided that a Dictatorship was in eCanada's Best interest.
The Revolution will begin any minute now, and I ask that every eCanadian Fight FOR CORDIS DIE AND THE REVOLUTION.
IMPORTANT: TO FIGHT FOR THE REVOLUTION YOU MUST BE APART OF ONE OF THE SUPPORTING MILITARY UNITS.
PLEASE JOIN THE CANADIAN ARMED FORCES HERE OR THE CAPTAINS OF INDUSTRY HERE TO DO SO

This is the only reasonable option for mid and small level countries. Just read the articles about the exploits that can be used against democracy when a foreign dictator bent on destruction of your community grabs power.
A benevolent dictatorship is the only way to go. The power can be handed over to the elected CP.
If you are already at a dictatorship the PTO group will have to start a revolution to bring you back to democracy. Wait the entire 10 days. Then manage to start the next coup before the government side can.
400K and an element of luck. Suddenly you are not so much of a target for a PTO are you?
Under these new rules as they stand right now countries like ours, cannot risk democracy.
The citizenship rules on who is allowed to fight in a coup need to be changed for democracy to be worth the current risk.

Nothing against Rylde btw. Just feels so so about the upgrade and the whole dictatorship concept. Kind of made irrelevant the political module of this game. Anyway Plato always win, and that is what matter now.
It's a desperate attempt to promote activity. It will be effective until the long-term consequences of foreign coups destroy small communities.
We don't want Rylde to ruin our country. He will do the same as he did before, start a war and get us wiped.

God forbid they don't get five gold, what a travesty. I'd much rather have our country PTO'd by a foreign MU than give up congress gold.
