Hi kids!
Didn't know if anyone except Rican noticed but you've been invaded. We are not all Americans but we did immigrate from the eUS. This has been a long time coming and the last few months it has been merely a matter of waiting for you to have a Congress. Last month was it.
Who We Are
Our original MU is Pickle's Patriots. It was founded by jver1207 and myself. Our premise was that the game should be fun and that RP'ing was not our thing. So we are a bit unconventional. Anyhow, we bring this spirit of "fun for all" with us to our new home.
Several months ago Pickles started a branch MU in Switzerland. This was done when the Swiss and US were friendly. It fell into disuse and the person left in charge died. Now that we are Swiss citizens we have reclaimed our MU. Those that moved with me are now the Swiss Patriots.
We intend to be of some benefit to you and do not intend to be a drain on your society. For this reason we have set up a new MU called Boot Camp. The commander is my good friend Lansizzle. He will be working with Swiss recruits that are new players. We are hoping to make this training course successful by incorporating some helpers from other Swiss MU's.
One Last Thing
For some reason I appear to be running for Congress in the A.I.M. party. I had only the intention of being a 'placeholder' candidate in case there were not enough candidates that were suitable. I recall asking to be placed at the bottom of the list as I feel that those here before me deserved the privilege. Nonetheless, if elected I wish it to be know that I will serve to the best of my ability.

I wouldn't be here nor would I have brought my motley crew here (not the band you metalheads) if the Swiss weren't such a welcoming people and, darn it, just plain fun to be hangin' with. I think we've needed this change for quite some time.
Sure, I had fun being a loud mouth in the eUS Congress. I admit it was fun playing politics. Unconventional as always, for the last two terms my friends allowed me to run even though I was not affiliated with a top 5. Then out of the blue fingerguns asked me to be her Deputy Chief of Staff (not sure what kind of Minister that is), which was both a shock and an honor. But I must admit the whole thing was getting to me. My 'what could I do next' was worn out. The foreign affairs and military strategy at the executive level is beyond me. I can't see myself enjoying education or the govt. media either. That only left CP, but I am not stupid enough to think I have enough friends to pull that off.
So I came to Switzerland with some MU mates that had a like mind. We came here to get away from it all and to see if Pickles could do a good turn by you. My roots, my passion in eRep has always been helping people. If I can do the simple task of showing a new player how the game works and they end up enjoying themselves then I've done my job.
