No AS. Since the game started, there have been ocean-bridge 'borders' to allow invasions across the ocean from and to a few places. Some of them are logical - Newfoundland has several connections to Europe, since it's the closest bit of North America to anywhere in Europe anyway - while some of them are headscratchers (Virginia, USA connects to France, somehow. And it's not even Brest - it's Aquitane)
