Translation problem

Hello,
This is my new user, and I have recieved a newspaper along with it. If you recognize any article from the past - this user's previous owner is YuvalDor.

This newspaper will use, from this day and forward, as a stage for sharing criticism - of the establishment, of the country, of its people, of the world - the Erepublik one, and perhaps even the one that we actually live in.

The first issue I'd like to discuss about is the translation theme for Erepublik.

The first problem is that while applying the new theme as a possible choice for users, there was zero attention to the fact that hebrew is a RTL language, meaning Right-To-Left. As some of you probably know, it is impossible to combine Hebrew and English in one sentence without making it terribly oppressing for the reader to understand what it says.

This can all be fixed by simply adding one line into the main CSS files: "direction: rtl;"

Another problem is that the translation team is not active any more, or that for some reason it is not updated with some blocks. For example, I have no bloody idea what this means:

הנושא הראשון עליו ארצה להתעכב הוא התרגום של אירפאבליק.

הבעיה הראשונה היא שכאשר יישמו את העיצוב העברי כאפשרות עבור המשתמשים, לא ניתנה שום תשומת לב לעובדה שעברית היא שפה הנכתבת מימין לשמאל. כפי שבוודאי חלקכם (אתם קוראים בעברית - אז כנראה שכולכם) יודעים, שילוב עברית ואנגלית במשפט אחד מבלי להפוך את חווית הקריאה לנוראית במיוחד, הוא בלתי אפשרי.

הדבר יכול להיות מתוקן ע"י הוספת שורה בודדה לקובץ הגליונות המדורגים (לא אגיד את שמו באנגלית, שלא יהרוס את המשפט):
"direction: rtl;"

בעיה נוספת בתרגום היא חוסר הפעילות שבעדכונו, או שמסיבה כזו או אחרת בלוקים מסוימים לא מעודכנים באתר. למשל, אין לי שמץ של מושג מה אומר המשפט בתמונה הבאה:
