The world's pick 4 lottery

Those of you who aren't familiar with the concept, here's how it goes;

-Lottery is you buying a chance to win a large amount of cash for minimal investment.
-Pick 4 is the name, in case you hadn't gathered that info already, it means you pick four numbers
-This lotto is for the entire eWorld.

Rules / info

-Tickets cost one hundred country currency each the money is to be sent here:

-Participants may pick their own numbers, or be assigned random ones. Write your numbers in the comment section or ask for them there and I will assign you your random numbers.
-Numbers to be picked are to be between 0 and 9 and will only result in a win if picked in the correct order corresponding to the winning draw. Two winning numbers refunds your ticket, three wins you 1000 country currency. Get all four numbers in the correct order to win the jackpot.
i.e winning draw is 8129
player one picks 6329 ; wins 100
player two picks 9218 ; wins jack squat
player three picks 8129 ; wins the jackpot and tons of new friends who ask for monies
-Participants are allowed to buy 5 tickets per draw.
-Tickets only last for one draw.
-There will be one draw per week. (ideally)
-The first jackpot will be set at 25k cc ( I accept large donations to make that number bigger). Jackpots will be raised as the lottery progresses and becomes more popular.
-Half of the money from ticket sales goes to raising the jackpot, the other half goes towards funding the FNFF .
-A random number generator will be used to pick the winning draw.


The FNFF

The fond of a nation's fun fund ( FNFF ) is a private fund who's purpose is to rack up enough cash so we can start silly wars just to entertain ourselves.
i.e pay for a eGeorgian airstrike on france for the lolz .
