The NAP and Rise of Croatia

Dear eWorld,

I am writting you this article because of events in last few months which resulted with 2 NE laws from Serbia on Croatia. [First] [Second] I know some Serbs will say this is opposition's opinion and that official government doesn't support it but the problem is much bigger. I waited for voting on current NE law to end to exclude any possibilty of this article to influence on the result of vote.

1. Terms of NAP
Everybody already knows that Serbia and Croatia signed informal NAP before 1 year which has unlimited duration. It didn't have any terms but one. Croatia and Serbia won't attack each other. Over last one year both countries benefited because of NAP. It enabled both Croatia and Serbia to play the game outside our cores. However, enmity between two countries didn't end after NAP was signed. The best example of that natural rivalry was fight for dominion over BiH.

2. Both countries respected NAP
Although some influential Serbian politicians, who are active in foreign affairs, claim NAP no longer exists that is not true. It exists. Many of our allies were deleted by Serbia during last year but we respected NAP, although we were in bad diplomatic situation because of it. Turkey and Spain were deleted by Serbia and there was no direct way to help them because we were obligated to respect NAP. Croatia tried to help them indirectly, over MPP's but we are mainly D4 country and everbody knows Asteria is the strongest in that divison and all that help wasn't visible.

3. Turnover
When things couldn't be worse for our allies came Zdlemmy. He used some of his CC to throw Serbia out of Turkey and Spain. He also helped Chile to kick Romania from New Zealand and all that time he continued to help Spain in 5v1 gangbang which they are still facing. The most recent, UK recently organized FF party in Slovenia which was sponsored by Zdlemmy's CO.
After half of a year dominance over world Asteria lost few battles. What followed are 2 NE's on Croatia. Slovenian, which passed, and Serbian which didn't because of NAP. Asterian countries forgot how is it to lose a battle and I am glad Zdlemmy remembered them.
At the point when Serbian NE reached 14 NO votes, Slovenian delegation immediately contacted Zdlemmy and offered him TW. Slovenia will release UK and some other regions. He accepted it because this term we only want to help our allies and Spain is in really bad situation.

4. Possible violation of NAP
All those events and lost RWs which happened in only last 3 weeks resulted with 2 NE laws from Serbia but they were both refused. Accepting NE would violate our NAP and it would show that country which breaks NAP is unreliable to sign any deals with other countries.

5. Ways to cancel NAP*
When diplomatic situation was bad for Croatia and when Serbia was holding our allies deleted, our government considered a lot of combinations how to fix that problem and one of them was of course attack on Serbia. However, that didn't include attacking Serbia without previous warning that we want to cancel NAP.
I want to make an apel to Serbian government. If they feel that NAP no longer exists, they should officialy inform our government that they are leaving the agreement or publish official article in which they will state NAP is dead.

*NAP did not define a way how to break it without violation.
