Hello my friends Krakken announces another bid at Country President.

of eIreland

This time I am running from the burrows of Eire Aonair. Deep in the wilderness of kilkenny we have setup camp waiting from an onslaught of the ILP men. Who will be President of Ireland who will be taoiseach. Only you to throw your traditional stone either way in the box of the Ilp

or in my BOX

or in kitten boyds box

or that Anthony Animal guy

Now where will krakken blow THE eShip eIreland in what interesting dilemmas will I place you and what life threatening situations will we escape from.

If I where a carpenter and you a lady

Unfortunately I can only promise you a steady journey to the next administration whoever that person will be. Due to our size we unfortunately need a lot of change and more people to be a force to be reckoned with. Not that on a good day we dont put up a fair fight.

Like a Rock - Bob Seger

We have for some time been a coalition government and I think this trend has to continue.

For a nation our size we simply are too small to be a strictly party driven system. So in other words not a 100% EA cabinet not that there is not players there that cant help.

For example I was thinking of a western europe/ old eastern europe /southern american and traditional commonwealth split mofa team. We are a pretty much diversified nation and should use this to our advantage.

Mof - I saw gold hit my earlier predicted 400 level today. Too bad our offers was already off then. Multiple account logins is a massive schlep and MOF is for that reason a big schlep. Should this change. Yes - but unfortunately only Plato can change it and we know how Plato is about changing stuff.

On the warfront we should keep on coordinating with our old friends and allies to keep on fighting in their and our wars.

Certainly other nations has bigger problems like the USA and feel that their leaders is playing them the old spiel. Usually there is a wedge created between government and normal players. That is why every candidate in the CP race in the USA have lowering taxes on their agenda. Because some times the people rises up and shows their discontent with the actions of government quite loudly.

Overall eIreland has adequate leaders and people able to keep on providing a above par governance in congress and cabinet. the fact that cabinet has on average threads of over 1000 comments per month just show you have people at the top discussing our every decision. This will have to change in congress but cabinet cannot have an input in congress selection. Perhaps parties needs whips to discuss internally their mandates and issues that should be brought before congress as proposals.

Inactivity will remain our top problem. I see little activity in the media these days. In my term we will encourage all parts of government to engage with new players etc etc. And players to engage with the rest of eIreland and government if they think there is issues worth discussing.

Journey - Separate Ways

Oh and lest we forget the criac what is the criac you ask well i am certain some irish person will help you out and therefore we will raise our activity in the MOC considerably this month.

I am also thinking of bringing out a MOA - A Ministry of Acronyms because i guess most new players do not know what half our acronyms mean.

So here is more songs because it doesnt really matter whether your appoint me CP or not?

and random entertainment...because i can

I didn't want to start an argument. "Okay," I said. Then I thought of something, all of a sudden. "Hey, listen," I said. "You know those ducks in that lagoon right near Central Park South? That little lake? By any chance, do you happen to know where they go, the ducks, when it gets all frozen over? Do you happen to know, by any chance?" I realized it was only one chance in a million.
He turned around and looked at me like I was a madman. "What're ya tryna do, bud?" he said. "Kid me?"
"No—I was just interested, that's all."
He didn't say anything more, so I didn't either. Until we came out of the park at Ninetieth Street. Then he said, "All right, buddy. Where to?"
The ducks. Do you know, by any chance? I mean does somebody come around in a truck or something and take them away, or do they fly away by themselves – go south or something?"

Old Horwitz turned all the way around and looked at me. He was a very impatient-type guy. He wasn't a bad guy, though.

"How the hell should I know?" he said.

"How the hell should I know a stupid thing like that?"

"Well, don't get sore about it," I said. He was sore about it or something.

"Who's sore? Nobody's sore."

I stopped having a conversation with him, if he was going to get so damn touchy about it. But he started it up again himself. He turned all the way around again, and said, "The fish don't go no place. They stay right where they are, the fish. Right in the goddam lake."

[…] "Listen," he said. "If you was a fish, Mother Nature'd take care of you, wouldn't she? Right? You don't think them fish just die when it gets to be winter, do ya?"

"No, but – "

"You're goddam right they don't," Horwitz said, and drove off like a bat out of hell. He was about the touchiest guy I ever met. Everything you said made him sore.

Toemaar die donker man

HUSH NOW, THE DARK MAN
for Simone

On the green footpath
of the horizon so far
around the earth little one,
an old man trudges who wears
an open moon in his hair
Nightingale in his heart
jasmin plucked for his buttonhole
and a back bowed down by his years.

What’s he doing, mummy?

He calls the crickets
He calls the black
silence that sings
like the rushes, my sweet
and the stars which throb
knock-knock my love,
like the tiny little beetles
in their thin far ring.

What’s his name, mummy?

His name is Hush
His name is Sleep
Mister Forget
from the Land of Dream
His name is hush
he’s called, my sweet
Hush now, the dark man

Mummy…

Hush now, the dark man

Kinders van die wind

I know an very old old song
about life’s joys and woes;
about shipwrecks long gone
to the cellars of the sea.

The words are forgotten
but still, the tune lingers on —
like nearly forgotten snippets
from a very very old story.
Telling of rovers with no direction
Seekers that never find
and in the end all
children of the wind.

Faces , dreams , names
scattered by the wind
and where that words went
only a child ....could guess.

rovers with no direction
seekers that never find..
actually all children of the wind
actually all children of the wind
actually all children of the wind

Suddenly your free

If nobody hears from you
If nobody knows you
Certainly you cant lose anything
Certainly nobody can forget you

If nobody loves you
If nobody touch you
Nobody to pretend loyalty
Nobody to leave you
Isn’t it so easy
Its you and you alone

And the boulders roll out of your way
Nothing to claim
Just the peace that stays
Nothing to pay
Just you free

If you don’t lean on somebody
And ask nothing from nobody
Nobody to support you
Nobody to carry you
Its so easy
Its you and you alone
And the boulders roll out of your way
Nothing to claim
Just the peace that stay

Nothing to pay
Just you free
