The first interview with CP Rickolas

שלום לכולם,

As you all know Rickolas has been elected to be eIsrael's Country president yesterday.
כמו שהינכם יודעים ריקולס נבחר אתמול להיות נשיא אי ישראל.

I had a chit chat with the brand new CP,and I'm proud to give you the very first interview!
היתה לי שיחה מהירה עם הנשיא החדש,ואני גאה להביא לכם ראיון ראשון!





Hope this covers some of your questions,keeping it light and fun.
בתקווה שזה יענה על חלק מהשאלות שלכם,ויהיה קליל וכיפי.

** Rickolas,how does it feel to be a President?
ריקולס,איך זה מרגיש להיות נשיא?

--- It feels great actually!
מזה מרגיש נפלא האמת!


** Can you please try to explain to people how you chose your Cabinet?
אתה יכול בבקשה להסביר לאנשים איך הרכבת את הקאבינט שלך?

--- I have gathered the most talented people I know in this game, that share a great cause with me : the will to help eIsrael.

I believe that with this group of talented people, I can get eIsrael out of the mud it's in.

צירפתי את האנשים הכי מוכשרים שאני מכיר במשחק שחולקים איתי את אותה המטרה:לעזור לישראל .
אני מאמין שעם הקבוצה המוכשרת הזאת,אני יכול להוציא את ישראל מהבוץ.

** What do you think about the situation eisrael has found itself in and how are you willing to pull us out of the mud?
מה אתה חושב על המצב שישראל מצאה את עצמה בו,ואיך אתה מתכוון להוציא אותנו מהבוץ?

--- I think that the situation eIsrael found itself in, when an ally attacks another ally is just terrible.

But with the new Turkish government, which is ready to cooperate with us, and to give us our regions back as fast as possible there is light at the end of the tunnel.

After we gain all our regions back (a thing that might take a while).

We're going to start working full time on improving our economy, and the eIDF,which will eventually put eIsrael back together.

אני חושב שהמצב שאנו נמצאים בו,בן ברית תוקף את בן בריתו הוא איום.
אך עם ממשלת טורקיה החדשה,שמוכנה לשתף פעולה ולהחזיר את שטחינו כמה שיותר מהר יש אור בקצה המנהרה.

לאחר שנקבל חזרה את השטחים,דבר שעלול לקחת זמן מה,אנו נתחיל לעבוד בכל הכוח על שיפור הכלכלה ויחידת צה"ל,מה שיחזיר את הסדר בישראל.




" With eTurkey's new government which is ready to cooperate with us,there is light at the end of the tunnel".
עם ממשלת טורקיה החדשה שמוכנה לשתף פעולה,יש אור בקצה המנהרה.

** Some eIsraelies lay the blame on Eden for allowing eTurkey to do what they did to us ,some of them even say being in Eden is doing us no good anymore,do you share this thought with them?
כמה ישראלים מאשימים את עדן שנתתה לטורקיה לעשות את מה שהיא עשתה לנו,כמה מהם אף חושבים שלהיות בעדן אינו מועיל לנו יותר.
האם אתה מסכים איתם?

--- I cannot answer that one just yet.

אני לא יכול עדיין לענות על השאלה.





** we all know there should be way more cooperation between congress and the CP office ,we have missed that for a while now.
Are you willing to lay some light on the issue?
כולנו יודעים שחסר שיתוף פעולה בין הכנסת למשרד הנשיא.
האם אתה מתכוון לשפוך אור על הסוגיה?

--- I feel that lack of communication is once again hurting eIsrael.

This month I'll try to strengthen the relationship between the President and his Cabinet.

We should start from the simple things we still don't have like a mass PM

between all congress,and then things which I find crucial,like congress

members meeting at least once a week with the President and his Cabinet,

asking them things which they find important

There are several other thing that we can do to make the situation better,

like creating a forum for congress members, to debate in.

אני מרגיש שחוסר התקשורת שוב פעם פוגע בישראל.
החודש אני אנסה לחזק את הקשרים בין הנשיא לקבינט שלו.
צריך להתחיל עם הדברים הפשוטים שאין לנו עדיין כמו הודעות פרטיות מרוכזות בין חברי כנסת.
ודברים שאני רואה כחובה כמו פגישת חברי קונגרס לפחות אחת לשבוע עם הנשיא והקבינט לשאול שאלות חשובות.
יש כמה דברים שניתן לעשות על מנת לשפר את המצב,כמו פתיחת פורום לחברי כנסת.

** One of the first things popping in someone's mind when a new CP is elected is the supply issue,how are you going to improve that so soldiers can use q7 tanks?
Also there have been delays receiving supplies,are you aware of that? and will it be solved?
אחד הדברים הראשונים שקופצים לראש כשנבחר נשיא הויא סוגיית האספקות,איך תשפר את זה על מנת שחיילים יהנו מנשק רמה 7?
כמו כן ישנם עיכובים במתן האספקות,אתה יודע מזה?והאם זה יפתר?

--- There's a big chance we'll change our supplies to Q7, me and my MoF are working on the math right now.

If it'll be possible be sure the change will be done!

eIDF is always recruiting serious hard working citizens which want to help with supplies distribution so that everyone can get them on time.

I wasn't aware of any supplies problem lately, but if there are such, be sure my new eIDF staff will work on fixing them.

יש מצב גדול שנשנה את האספקה לרמה 7,אנחנו עובדים על זה כרגע,אם יהיה אפשרי תהיו בטוחים שזה יעשה!
צה"ל עובד בצורה מתמדת על גיוס אנשים שיעזרו בחלוקות כדי שכל אחד יקבל אספקה בזמן.
לא ידוע לי שהיו בעיות לאחרונה.אך אם יש כאלה הן תיפטרנה.

** About eIDF and private MUs,you think eisrael should have one united eIDF mu or are private ones as important?
בקשר ליחידת צהל לאומית ויחידות פרטיות,האם צריך שתהיה לנו יחידה מאוחדת או שיחידות פרטיות חשובות גם הן?

--- I find a National Army a must.

Moreover, private Military Units are important as well, maybe not as important,But still without private Military Units like Samson for instanse, the competitiveness in the supplies and organization issues will die.

Even if the government always want to help it's citizens (and that's why I believe in a big and united National Army), a little competition is always good for the citizens.

בעיניי צבא לאומי זה חובה.
עם זאת יחידות פרטיות חשובות אולי לא באותה מידה אבל בלעדיהן עניין האספקות והסידורים ישתבש.

** Are you willing to change the welcome message?
האם תשנה את הודעת הכניסה לישראל?

--- The welcome massage we have in Israel right now is slightly old, that's
why the Ministry of Interior is already working on a new form of it.

That form will be sent for the Congress Members confirmation, when it's
finished.

הודעה זאת היא קצת ישנה ולכן אנו עובדים על ניסוח חדש שלה.
הניסוח ישלח לחברי הכנסת לאישור כשיהיה מוכן.

** Most of eisraelis voted you for CP,they put their trust and hopes on your shoulders.Is there anything you would like to tell them?
הרבה ישראלים בחרו בך ותולים בך תקוות רבות,האם יש לך מה לומר להם?

--- Yes,I would like to say thank you to each and everyone of them, for trusting me for the upcoming month.
