TE4CP - Is it Time?

No one else but Punisher and his shit slinging has officially declared they will be running for CP. The point of this game is competition and without it in any facet of this game this game is boring; therefore i officially declare myself as a candidate for the upcoming CP election. Ive ran a few times in the past maybe the time is now.

Given that many people do not know who i am the first question you will likely ask is "Is He Qualified" The answer would be probably. In my time ive held a position at all levels of government except being an MoD or a CP. Ive been through 90+% of this game and this Country's History. I believe i could lead this country very well.

Although at this point in time I do not have a plan layed out in full form and i have not assembled a team. I am running for CP. This is just a Declaration to run, More will follow.
