There is very little game left to this game. As far as the actual game is concerned, all that's left is pounding the fight button repeatedly. It's even gotten to the point where people don't care about military strategy, about getting wiped anymore, they just want a fight with slightly more purpose (as if there's still such a thing)... just as long as it's not the same wars we've always been fighting.

Freedom Fighter & Mercenary medals. 5 gold each. The only thing the game is good for. Everything else, especially politics, a complete waste of time. Log on, find someone to fight for, pound the fight key, log off. Fifteen minutes a day, it's all good and move on to far better games.

Check back in. 😃 You won't find this on the forum. Because quite frankly I'm sick of the stagnation. eCAN needs some balls and needs to help it's allies. eFrance is an ally. Why stand idly by and collect tax money for the 13 regions we have. Grow some balls get out there and fight.

My prediction is the NE will be voted down, you will be banned from the forums that you don't even use, and nothing will have really changed. I agree Canada has become stagnant, and something needs to happen, but I think there are better more effective ways to approach this, and build war plans.

Last time I was in eOffice I proposed nothing and abided by the rules. Truth be told I asked the CP on election day and he said not now and we'd talk about it. Well I took matters into my own hands. Screw the courts. The only thing left in this game is WAR. If the meta-game is all that important then I feel sorry for you guys. eFrance is getting hit on by eSpain and eUK. What's the point of having an MPP if you don't help in any other way? At one point eCan had over 2k players. Now nearly less than 1k. This game is dying if not already dead. There's movers and there's shakers. Once in awhile I'm both.

P.S. The vote is currently 5-1. I won't be pinging anyone in PMs. Let the chips fall where they may. Stop politicking. I'm a Patriot. Are any of you?

PP elections are coming up. He was elected LAST TERM. Had he become PP this Month I would agree with you. Please read MAY NOT BECOME part of the sentence.

Please remember that there are overlapping time issue when it come to the political module within the game.

Jonathan Edwards is from my party yes, but he is a new player looking to try and take a position that needs to be filled, which I think is a pretty boring position to begin with. So why not try and develop new players instead of the same old ones?

I agree some mechanics in this game are F**cked, but all he has to do is resign from the party. Picking and choosing which rules we want to enforce is a bad approach to government IMO.

The PP election is in 2 Days. If he was to win, then he would have resign if he wanted to be Speaker.

Again, he won the PP Election LAST Month.

Actually I didn't win the PP elections last month. Through no fault of my own I was appointed through game mechanics as PP when Pat Harper resigned. If I were to resign, I risk my Top 5 Party falling into a Potential PTOers hands... Which is a significant risk to eCanada... However, should the congressional body still seek my removal, the Deputy Speaker can oversee any vote

"The Speaker may not become a Cabinet Minister or Party President or Country President without resigning the position of Speaker." Pat resigned as PP of CCP over 10 days ago. This means Rolo became a PP, but did not resign as Speaker. The CRoO does not define the process in which one becomes PP, so I don't know how else to interpret this?

Whether you "win" the PP election or not is irrelevant, the law uses the word "become". You lose.

The spirit of this rule is to prevent a conflict of interest. Timing is irrelevant. If you become Speaker, there is precedent that you shed the responsibilities that put you into conflict. I agree, the wording is weak, and to move more into the spirit of managing conflict of interest it should read something like "Speaker cannot concurrently hold office of Party President, President or Cabinet Minister". The letter of the law isn't broken but the spirit certainly is.

The Clan Wolf known now as Communist Party is not the same since the PTO attempt. I was looking for a party to call home far from all the bullshit, and thinking myself if it is time to leave, but to where? All Canadian politics seems poised. There is not room for new players and the best I can do it is keeping the two clikc-mode

When called to vote in Congress on the legality of an issue I don't look to the party for answers. I use all we have... the written law. Like it or not I have always voted to uphold the written law.

What you and I deem as spirit could be miles apart from the authors intent and then becomes nothing but debate.

This current issue will resolve itself in two days. Which will be fast than debating this in Congress and then bringing it to a vote.

I believe all is not lost here. This has been a poor session this month, maybe a rewrite to clean the language up could turn this session to positive note.

Honestly this doesn't really reflect on Rolo at all. If anyone thought he would do it any differently, then that was a mistake. This reflects on all who voted for him and expected it to be different, hypocrisy at its finest.
