what is the point of a mutual protect pact if no one ever does what it implies? we attack serbia. spain has a mpp with serbia for the next three days so spain should have attacked us but they did not. so this is just really confusing for me. or what is a mpp for?
The MPP is so they can fight in the battles of their allies without having to move to the region.

Why you suck in English? WHY?
do you realyl want me to explain it to you. alright here it goes. I am a math guy! i love mathematical equations and concepts. things that can be deduced from logic! thee are very few definitions in math! however english. why put a verb before a noun? why put a noun before a verb why use a question mark? so if i do not understand why i do something i usually do what is easiest to get the response i want. my terrible english has gotten you to explain two points to me that i did not understand. and well in school i was able to do well enough to pass in english and math and engineering courses do not require a high level of english skills. because engineers read engineering papers. or can hire english majors to fix the gramatical errors. so english is about the lowest priority in my life. i understand english enough to get what i want done. and i not going to waste my time trying to understand why some people prefer to follow a convention that takes long amounts of time to master. or why they do what they do or how they do it. i understand MOV and diodes used for surge protection. and i understand inductive loads causing surges. i understand pressure and imaginary power and derivitities and gradents. no need to uderstand verbs. it does not improve my life or prevent my computer from breaking if i know what a anagram is. and because the larger concepts of langue i do not care about i do not care about the smaller concepts of communication. though this does lead to more masturbation and less sex but i am ok with that.
