Dear Citizens!

Some of you might wonder what’s going on in eAustria and some of you even blame the government. So I’ll try to cast some light on that issue.

First of all: the government is not involved in all these proposals that only try to harm our country. Unlike in the real world the congress and the government are elected independently so it is very possible to have a government without a majority in congress.

Which brings us to the core of the problem: the congress is not controlled by eAustria. In the last election the Croats managed to get 18 of their people in congress. On the other hand we had 22 of our own people. But then two things happened. Firstly Baron von Pohl got banned so the count was 18:21. Still good for us, yeah. But then the second thing happene😛 Djani Ujkan Marich (and with him Ivana Marich) switched side to give the Croats a majority of 20:19. Djani has a famous history for running for president and getting elected by multis in April and in May again. So no matter what he claims: Djani is the only reason why the Croats could plunder our state account!

To make sure they really get a majority they even named the orgs they transferred our money to like state organisations. But both the Austrian Army and the Austrian Military were created by the Croats.

So this explains the recent proposals to move all our money away, raising the taxes (so they can move more away) and also printing a huge amount of ATS. We can not stop them because they control the congress and can turn down any of our proposals. But there is one thing they can not control: the president.

They tried hard to make Djani President but thanks to the eAustrian people Djani’s campaign became the biggest failure in recent eAustrian history. So while the congress can propose the donation of money, the issuing of money and the raising of taxes there are some things only a president can do. One of them is proposing a peace treaty for a certain sum. Rangeley did that to block 150 gold which the Croats put into the country account to print even more ATS. Since he is the only one who can propose such a treaty we can block this gold forever.

Another thing only the president can do is ordering constructions like Hospitals or Defence Systems. So right when the freshly printed money appeared in the country account the president ordered a new Defence System in Vorarlberg . Again the Croats can just block it but there is nothing they can do about it as long as we control the button.

So I want to ask you for two things: patience and even more patience. The government does what it can but it’s a rough time. So please stop spreading wrong accusations and instead help us against the Croats. If you have questions join the IRC where we can answer you any question you might have.

Liebe Bürger!

Einige von euch wundern sich sicher was in eÖsterreich los ist und manche beschuldigen auch die Regierung. Daher möchte ich versuchen ein wenig Licht in die Sache zu bringen.

Zunächst möchte ich festhalten dass die Regierung nichts mit den schädlichen Gesetzesvorlagen der letzten Zeit zu tun hat. Anders als in der RL werden in eRepublik der Kongress und die Regierung unabhängig von einander gebildet. Daher ist es möglich dass eine Regierung keine Mehrheit im Kongress hat.

Und das bringt uns auch schon zum Kern des Problems: der Kongress wird nicht von eÖsterreich kontrolliert. Bei den letzten Wahlen konnten die Kroaten 18 ihrer Leute in den Kongress bringen. Auf der anderen Seite hatten wir 22 von unseren Leuten drin. Aber dann passierten zwei Dinge. Als erstes wurde Baron von Pohl gebannt und damit war das neue Verhältnis 18:21. Noch immer gut für uns. Aber dann passierte das nächste Unglück und Djani Ujkan Marich (und mit ihm Ivana Marich) wechselte die Seite und verschaffte den Kroaten so eine Mehrheit von 20:19. Also egal was er auch immer behaupten mag, er ist der einzige Grund wieso die Kroaten unsere Staatskasse plündern können.
Djani hat auch eine unrühmliche Geschichte da er zwei Mal (im April und im May versuchte Präsident von eÖsterreich zu werden und beide Male massive Wahlfälschung durch Multis nachgewiesen werden konnte.

Um auch sicherzugehen dass ihre Gesetze durchgehen verwendeten die Kroaten Organisationen mit offiziell klingenden Namen. Aber sowohl Austrian Army als auch Austrian Military wurden von den Kroaten gegründet.

Das erklärt also wieso durch die jüngsten Gesetzesvorschläge Geld gestohlen, Steuern erhöht (um noch mehr zu stehlen) und große Mengen an ATS gedruckt wurden. Wir können sie nicht stoppen da sie den Kongress kontrollieren und unsere Vorschläge niederschmettern können. Aber es gibt eine Sache die sie nicht kontrollieren können: den Präsidenten.

Sie haben versucht Djani zum Präsidenten zu machen, aber Dank dem österreichischen Volk wurde Djani’s Kandidatur zur größten Niederlage der jüngsten Geschichte.
Der Kongress kann also Überweisungen, Gelddrucken und Steuererhöhungen beschließen, aber es gibt Dinge die kann nur der Präsident. Eines dieser Dinge ist einen Frieden um eine bestimmte Summe vorzuschlagen. Genau das hat Rangeley gemacht um 150 Gold, die von den Kroaten für neue ATS überwiesen wurden, zu blockieren. Da der Präsident der einzig ist der so etwas vorschlagen kann ist das Gold auf Dauer blockiert.

Eine andere Sache die nur der Präsident beantragen kann ist der Kauf von Konstruktionen wie etwa einem Hospital oder einer Verteidigungsanlage. Daher beantragte der Präsident gleich nachdem die frisch gedruckten ATS in der Staatskasse erschienen eine neue Verteidigungsanlage in Vorarlberg. Wiederum können die Kroaten diesen Vorschlag nur blockieren aber sie können nichts dagegen unternehmen solange wir den Knopf kontrollieren.

Ich möchte euch also um zwei Dinge bitten: Geduld und noch mehr Geduld. Die Regierung tut was sie kann aber die Zeiten sind hart. Also bitte hört auf falsche Anschuldigungen zu verbreiten und helft uns gegen die Kroaten. Wenn ihr Fragen habt könnt ihr gerne in den IRC
