Wellness
There are many articles written about wellness and why high wellness is a good thing. The short version? High wellness means your productivity is higher, and your employer will be inclided to pay you more. For those fighting and aiming to rank up quicker, high wellness means higher damage. That said, what cost wellness, and how do you improve it?
Work - clicking work will cost you wellness, the number is equivalent to the q of your job, for example you work for a q3 job, clicking work will cost ou three wellness.
Train - Clicking train builds your strength, it costs you one wellness
Fight - each time you click fight, it will cost you 10 wellness (you are unable to fight until you reach level 5)
Food - Not having food in your inventory at the change of erepublik day costs you wellness. Having food to cover the wellness used by working and training is the normal practice. For example, if you work in a q1 job, and train you will be buying q2 food - once you begin to use the hospitals during war games, tis may reduce to q1, but you need to have food every day - yes even if you own a house.
Gifts - You can be gifted up to a maximum of ten points of wellness daily. But WAIT...dont rush off to the market placce and spend your new citizen fee on gifts...buying them from the market is different to gifting. for you to gift me, I would buy the gifts from the marketplace, search citizen you and DONATE them to you. You would then open my profile (search citizen, or follow the link that would now be in your alerts) and use the GIFT button to gift me - 1 click, 1 gift.
Houses - Houses like everything go from q1 - q5. while your wellness is low, they effectively increase the effectiveness of your food. (they are expensive but permanent) Q1 house at 50 wellness would make q1 food the equivalent of q2. As your wellness gets closer to 100, they are less effective. You still need food.
Hospitals - A quick and easy way to gain upto 50 wellness once per erepublik day if you are over level 5 and your wellness is above 40. Instructions for using the hospitals can be found here
