Saving Kiwi Mascots

Day 2,530, 11:29 Published in New Zealand New Zealand by Aisllin

While the main kiwi force was busy liberating Wellington. Four of us headed deep into occupied territory looking for our mascots Charlie & Tiffany:

Myself and 3 others:

Mcginty, Crusadercarl and Kawala032

Knowing the territory well we had no trouble avoiding enemy troops as we headed into the general area that the 2 of them had last been seen.

Not far from it we found a camp with this flag:

This diagram:

White feathers and a carcass of a cooked kiwi bird that had been mostly eaten.

Not far from there we found charlie. He had been shot and was holed up close to a tree waiting for us.

Despite the words of this georgian:

No Georgian on the whole face of the earth would hurt those adorable Kiwis 🙂

Not only had we lost 1 mascot but the other was badly hurt. The 3 others headed back for friendly territory with Charlie, while I looked around to see if I can find the identity of the culprits.

Unfortunately for me I was so blinded with anger I walked right into the midst of some of the enemy and found myself locked up in a guarded place for the rest of the battle.

My 3 companions came back looking for me and rescued me after the battle had ended with our victory.

So my fellow kiwis are we going to let these Georgians get away with this outrage?
