Royal Titles

Each month I run both the Royal Family prize and the titles draw as a means of creating a bit of fun and to reward players who put a lot into the community, who perhaps go unnoticed. This is the third month of the frivolities and so far Alan Warwickshire and Emergy Maxfell have won a place in the Royal Family, and over 20 people have won ‘lesser’ titles. Some more lesser than others…

The following article has info on nominating people for the Royal Family prize and will offer you the chance to enter the draw for a noble title.

Royal Family Prize

As mentioned the Royal Family Prize is aimed to reward community spirit and give something back to those who help the community. Early each month I open nominations, and after a week the three individuals with the most nominations are voted on by the public (again for a week) and finally the winner is announced. They are awarded with a place in the Royal Family (oo err), a wad of cash (1k GBP) and a title of their choosing.

So, what you need to do is have a little think about any unsung heroes who deserve a mention, and fill in this form with your nomination.

As I am but one man, I am always appreciative of people who help spread the coverage of this prize. Usually about 80 people take part, and getting more people involved in the process is always desired. If you are willing to shout (party feeds, MU feeds, friend feeds) I have prepared a copy and pasta!

All help is appreciated!

In a weeks time, voting will open on your top three nominees. There are no restrictions on who you may nominate, but that they are eUK citizens.

Title Raffle!

The title raffle is the eRepublik equivalent of standing in your local town hall and buying a ticket to win some hand made preserves because you quite fancy some jam and feel like helping a charity. Except you don’t have to leave your bed and there is NO JAM. Let’s not have a repeat of last month.

Contestants pick a number between 1 and 30 and donate a small fee to me (10GBP), Then I use a random number generator to assign each of the titles below a number. If your number matches, then you can go around telling people you have a title. (And what title it is if your memory is good.)

This months titles up for grabs are:

a. Baron [PYO]
b. Marquess [PYO] + 100 GBP
c. Earl of Sandwich + 10 Q7 Guns
d. Count [PYO]
e. Knight who says ‘Ni’
f. A Court Tartlet + 200 GBP
g. Royal Bobloist Chaplain
h. Lord Chancellor + 20 Q5 Food
i. Royal Jam Peddler + 10 Q7 Guns
j. Squire

Simply comment with the number (between 1-30) that you would like, and donate your 10GBP to me to be entered. There is a one in three chance of winning and anyone can play!

The current list of who has what number is here.

You can’t spell title without tit!

P.S. BASH THE FROGS, VIVE LE ROI, VIVE LE ROYAUME UNI!

Thanks for Reading.
