Right to strike - Право на штрајк

Тhe right to strike is enshrined in Article 28 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (entitled ‘Right of collective bargaining and action’):

"Workers and employers, or their respective organisations, have, in accordance with Union law and national laws and practices, the right to negotiate and conclude collective agreements at the appropriate levels and, in cases of conflicts of interest, to take collective action to defend their interests, including strike action."


Право на штрајк је садржано у члану 28. Повеље о основним правима Европске уније (под називом "Право на колективно преговарање и акцију '):

"Радници и послодавци, односно њихове организације, имају право, у складу са законом и националним законима и праксом Уније, да преговарају и закључују колективне уговоре на одговарајућим нивоима и у случајевима сукоба интереса, да предузму колективну акцију да бране своје интересе, укључујући и право штрајка."
