Public Service Announcement.

Day 2,584, 07:52 Published in Ireland Ireland by Anthony Colby

Hello all.

Anthony Colby here. In the past I have done some Public Service Announcements where I told you all the dangers of feeding the trolls.

Well not this time.

I say feed the trolls. Trolls are people too and they need your attention. Without it they wither and die. How else are they supposed to know that they are important? Don't we all want to feel loved. So show a troll some love by interacting with them. Support them in their insane ramblings and conspiracy theories. How else are we supposed to know that the government is poisoning us or that aliens actually control the economy. Did you know that the Elf on a Shelf is an NSA program? No. Did you know that the US has weather and earthquake weapons. No. Thank an internet troll.

But along with the love that we all deserve as people the other reason you should feed the trolls is that if you don't they will grow bored. So what you say? If they grow bored they might actually have to do something else. And a lifetime of basement dwelling has left them with no discernible skills. Think of the chaos they could cause in the real world if they have to go outside.

So keep them safe inside where the only trouble they can cause is some mild annoyance instead of massive chaos that could actually hurt someone.

Thanks

Now to be serious. Obviously the above was sarcasm. You should not feed the trolls.

Now some of you will notice that there are multiple examples of me doing just that. I admit it. I have fallen of the wagon several times. Maybe explaining the truth one hundred and one times will get it through and they will realize where they are wrong.

Well that really isn't going to happen.

Truth and facts mean nothing to internet trolls.

They only are meaningful to people who are actually constructive and try to actually work towards something.

So Don't Feed the Trolls

If you fall off the wagon once in a while we will forgive you. But at least try.

Thanks for reading.
